Great staff, mediocre location in winter
Staff is fantastic, upgraded room was wonderful (although maintenance did not get around to fixing a light). In February sub-freezing weather, however, it wasn't as central a hotel as we would have liked. Everything was a couple of blocks plus a short tram or U-bahn ride away--not much to do in the neighborhood. Did I say the staff was fantastic?

would have loved to have tea and
would have loved to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. The reception was was very helpful and organised our room before schedule time, thanking you very much. Construction works at the front of the hotel didn't do anything to help find the place. The room was very good and bathroom fantastic. Will stay again - great location price.

Average stay, out of the way
Average stay. Nothing special. Friendly staff but nothing exceptional. Wayyyyyy out of the main area and far from attractions.

Not such a great place....
This hotel was dingy, and surprising, for a Sheraton.... The location is very good, but the interior was a turn-off. Looked like a leftover from what you find in Eastern Europe.... Find something else, if you have a choice. I was particularly embarrassed because I'd rented it for out-of-town guests, and the look on their face when they got off the elevator was so mortifying.... And the break buffet was a whopping 19 Euros per person!!!

A Good choice for a great stay!
I found the staff Very helpful,knowledgeable and polite.The room was more than I expected for the money, and I will stay there again when I return.

For those on a tight budget or monitoring your food intake options, there is a Grocery store a short,pleasant walk away. The room has a refrigerator to keep your purchases fresh.A great place to launch from just far enough from the beaten path to get the feel for the local culture and not the tourist face of things.
