Hotel staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, steps away from the U and a few bars / restaurants. For the price, it can't get much better...

We liked the location, and it was easy to at the end of the train station. The access to the main part of town - and the various shops and restaurants - made it one of our better stops.

Was in Germany for the Christmas markets and to see friends and wanted to use the trains to get around. Staying at the main train station was a big time saver and with a bank, food places and shopping all there it was nice to have conveniences available to us. The free VVS card help with getting in and out of town and added to our travel enjoyment. Plus the staff for us at least was very nice and very helpful and we when called front desk for extra pillows they had them to us in under 4 minutes! The rooms are sound proof except for the sirens of police and fire that seems to run every 30 minutes but other then that no major noise when windows are shut. Room was nice and large so you did not feel cramped and only issue was the heaters seem to really heat the room so we had to turn them down and open windows to cool room. Breakfast was good and reasonable but really the location was main attraction for choosing this location. Getting to the room was some trouble but once you learn how to take multiple evaluators and stairs it became easy to find the room. Door key is tricky on some floors and you have to get the feel for how to open your door and lock it from inside but not big issue.

I have stayed there many times. It is a very short tram ride on the U15 from the main train station (kurzstrech 1 euro ticket) and is great value for the money. Staff is very friendly and accommodative (they offered to have breakfast ready 1/2 hour before the regular time so I could meet a train schedule). Location is quiet. Rooms are a good value. Breakfast is expensive but very nice and worth it.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Personal total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotel liegt zwar an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße, doch wir hatten ein Zimmer in den Hof, daher war es sehr ruhig. Dazu möchte ich sagen, wir waren im Winter dort, daher hatten wir die Fenster geschlossen. Ein großer Vorteil war, dass wir nur durch den Schlosspark gehen mussten, um zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Fussgängerzone zu gelangen. Wir haben auch das Hallenbad sehr genossen. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Loved it! Hotel is beautifully appointed, clean, great location, wonderful staff. Only negative: whoever designed the bathroom never tried to use it. You can't reach the towel after taking a shower unless you step out of the shower, close the shower door, and take the towel off the hook that is otherwise behind the shower door. (And there is no where else to put it while taking the shower, unless you consider placing it on the toilet.) Also, the hotel hair dryer is hard-wired to the bathroom drawer, limiting the distance you can use the dryer -- which is too close to the wall. Bruises on my elbow tell the story. Otherwise, loved it. And would definitely consider staying there again.

19€ für das Frühstück und 18€ pro Tag für die Tiefgarage sind eine Frechheit. Die Zimmer in weiß gehörten für so ein renomiertes Haus renoviert!

Rooms were massive, nice work out area.

We've stayed there several times before--it's a consistent, reliable hotel. A five minute tram ride from the main station..you can even walk although it's a bit uphill. Rooms are comfortable, very up to date. Breakfast is very good. Only negative is that there are not places right near for dinner but a quick tram ride downtown gives you all of the possibilities. The hotel dinner is actually quite nice if you do stay in.

Staff was friendly and competent. Nice layout. New building. Five-minute walk to a tram station; three stops to the main train station. Nice, but expensive restaurant. Free Internet using lobby's computer.

This hotel was perfect for our traveling family. The room was spacious and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the center of town.

Not too far from Feuersee station, clean room and a decent breakfast. I dont think its 4 stars but its nice.

Excellent hotel for business or leisure. Very clean throughout, friendly staff, and excellent buffet breakfast.

Very basic clean room with a great location near the subway and city center. The downside is the 9:15 am wake-up call from the church bells in the city.-
