Description
This is a budget tourist hotel for those who desire a no frills option in Olympia, and enjoys an excellent location close to all sights of interest (EP 08/08). The hotel is a 70's style building. The guests can enjoy the rooftop swimming pool, a feature not found in other hotels of it's category in Olympia. Located in a quiet street just off the main road of Olympia, Apollon is almost next door to the Archaeological Museum and within easy reach of all tourist attractions.

Considering it was the off season, and therefore was one of the few hotels open - it was good. At the same time, if by open you're expecting more than a room (there was no hot water and limited heat) then you're expecting too much. The owner was very nice, for not having hot water etc..
Description
This is an excellent quality hotel in an ideal location (05/08 EP) The building is a red and white modern building, the facade is decorated with plants and flowers making it pleasant to the eye. The hotel is situated just off the high street of Olympia, in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to the archaeological site and the museum.

Not in Nafplio, but better

We thought the hotel was fairly close to Nafplio, but it wasn't. However, that turned out to be a good thing! Nafplio was too crowded for our tastes (although we were there on a weekend). The hotel was far from the crowd, on a very nice beach. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were nice. We spent most of the evening on our balcony, looking out over the water. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Hôtel très agréable, personnel très sympathique, très bien situé. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
On peut regretter que le prix ait été prélevé à l'aide de notre carte bancaire avant notre départ, ce qui n'est pas la pratique habituelle. Mais bon, il fallait bien payer, de toutes façons. Et le rapport qualité / Prix est tout à fait à l'avantage de cet hôtel par ailleurs agréable et très bien tenu.

This is a good family run hotel. Not too many amenities, but for those who are happy with a warm welcome and a clean, quiet room for a good night's sleep this is the place to be (06/09 EP) The hotel is a 2 storey whitewashed building, surrounded by green bushes and bright coloured bougainvilleas. It is built in the modern provincial building style, proportional and functional. Hercules is at the town center of ancient Olympia. The archaeological site and all restaurants, bars and clubs of the town are within walking distance.

trés bon accueil du Patron sympathique !
Toutes les chambres sont munis d'un balcon ,s'était agréable ,un plaisir de passé une nuit seulement faute d'avoir déjà visité en une journée le site archéologique nous somme donc repartis le lendemain.

It is situated in a quiet area , a few minutes walk from Ancient Olympia , where you can go shopping or visit the Archaeological Site with the Museum and its ruins.
