Sinply Put, They are Crooks!
Although we had prepaid to stay at the ABC, we were turned away at the door. After returning to the US, we found that they had kept our money and refused to refund it, claiming that they could have accomodated us if we had shown up! Do not trust these people and take your business elsewhere.[...]

Staff was courteous, helpful and sympathetic. They did what they could to accomodate us even though [...] did not inform them of our reservation. We were put out of the hotel after two nights, since they were fully booked.

It was a problem that the air
It was a problem that the air conditioning was turned off, despite rather hot weather (for us from the northern part of Europe), and the staff seemed not to bother about this, despite requests about turning it on. This turned out troublesome during night, both I and my college (in another room) had problems with sleeping.

Very ordinary but exactly what
Very ordinary but exactly what you would expect. Would gladly use it again. Stay somewhere else if you have a car......parking very difficult
