I wanted 1 bed it was a year sense been with girl friend,i checked with you and everything was ok but it wasn,only had 2 small beds iwas very un happy also payed for view of bay did not get both days p[ayed en extra 40 a day for view i did not recive

This hotel was extremely tiny. The air quality was poor, no open windows, and even with the AC on all the time...it was dusty and not breathable. My daughter has dust allergies, even on medication she was breathing betters outdoors than in the room.

Great location, good price, two blocks from Nathan and the Metro and across from Kowloon Park. Overall very good experience. The elevator wait I had read about was seems improved and was not a problem for us. Internet worked well. However, my biggest complaint is that only one person in my room could use the internet at one time. This should be something that could easily be corrected and definitely should be. Aside from that, the room was small but comfortable and the service and staff were outstanding from our experience.

The location is very central. 7-11 and Wellcome supermarket opposite the hotel. Tai Ka Lok is also opposite and I had a lovely cheap meal there. Metro stations near the hotel. Temple Street market is within walking distance. The airport shuttle bus A21 stop is on Nathan Road within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Standard rooms are quite small but usual for Kowloon hotels. The shower stall was fine for me but may prove very narrow for others. Check in procedures can take a while. Concierge service during the day was perfect. I fell ill and at around midnight, called reception and was put through the concierge to ask for information on any nearby pharmacy. He was very rude on the phone and yelled at me that everywhere was closed. He did not even attempt to help and hanged up the phone.

Beyond location in the area of comfort thigs could be better: the single beds are too small (we are everage size persons); outside noise like neighbor's showers are really annoying. Bigest concern - for that big hotel only 3 elevators were operable (the fourth was constantly for 6 strait days out of use) causing long waiting time and "canned sardines" situation when in sight the cabin.

Not as luxurious as some others, however, the rooms were clean. Bathroom was small but also updated and clean. I would recommend.

I purchased a last minute special rate online for 2 singles OR a Queen, for a 1 night stay. When I arrived, they were out of Queens. Staff was very nice. Elevators were very slow. The bathroom was very clean, but the main room was not as clean and had a musty odor. Wireless internet was free but slow. The room was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. Next time, I will spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

I've been to more than 20 hotels in HK as I travel there twice a month from nearby China for business. This hotel is on a very good location, very close to the metro station, in the heart of kowloon, but the walls are paper thin. I could hear people next door sneezing. The problem is that if you're really tired and want to rest, but your next door neighbors are on a party mode, you won't rest well.

The hotel is conveniently located at Tsim Sha Tsui, next to the Kowloon Park, which is open very early in the morning and close late at night. There are a lot of good authentic eateries all within walking distance. There is a grocery store, Wellcome, right across the street where you can find import fruit and bottled water. The room is very clean, housekeeping staff is nice, polite and helpful. The staff at Conciege and the lobby Is alright, but there is room for improvement. I had one encounter with a lobby personnel who wasn't very polite or helpful. I just landed and was tired and not well dressed, he assumed that i was from mainland China and he made cynical remarks at me when I asked him a transportation related question. Inspite of this incident, I will stay at the hotel again on the next trip.
