Bad location but clean and decent price

A sweet deal and boutique stay just outside Causeway Bay
This attractive boutique hotel is part of Hong Kong's small Butterfly chain. The hotel is a fabulous deal for visitors more interested in shopping than sunning by a rooftop pool (there isn't one) or indulging in a massage and facial (no spa, either). But the Butterfly on Morrison is perfectly quaint for visitors in search of location and value. Neat little rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and trendy decor. Near Causeway Bay, the hotel location puts guests near the action but not in the middle of it.

We had an early morning check
We had an early morning check out at 7.30am, the front desk staff who served us was inhospitable and moody. Enquiries we made would be responded with an unfriendly glare and/or monotonous reply. It was as though she wanted us to see how she was dreading to come to work on a cold, rainy Sunday morning. As we booked the airport shuttle, we had to drag our luggages in the rain to a nearby hotel to be picked up. The bell/door staff who was present merely stood there and watch us. There were no offers of help to assist us in our luggages or even provide us with an umbrella. These last moments with the hotel definitely ruined the good experience and impression we had in the past 6 days of our stay.

the hotel staff are not friendly,
the hotel staff are not friendly, they are not very good in englis. the temperature of their heater is not so hot. its just like an ordinary running water in my house. but hte location is very ok only the rooms are small.

We were immediately checked-in
We were immediately checked-in by the receptionist, maybe because we came around 4pm. They were all nice, friendly and speaks english. Price was superbly unbeatable compared to nearby hotels. Room was upgraded to a Deluxe one so we got a 180 deg. view. Room was elegantly defined. Room service is also Good (Thank you guys). Room Internet (wired) was fast. Location wise? well, nearby to some restaurants, 711, MTR (Times Square). What we hated was the walking distance from Times Square to the Train itself. Nonetheless, I would still prefer and recommend this hotel for travelers. Will try to book this hotel again this November.

Excellent hotel, very friendly
Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff members. Conveniently located close to shopping, amenities. New hotel, lovely furnished reasonable sized rooms. We loved staying there and will stay there again.

Lobby on the third floor is not
Lobby on the third floor is not convenient as entry/exit on Ground floor as with the bell/luggage desk. Some front desk personnel are not very helpful while the bell desk is generally good. Location is good if your target is shopping at Time Square/Causeway Bay. A bit far from the MTR. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and generally well kept.

Very comfortable hotel located
Very comfortable hotel located quite close to the MTR station. Causeway Bay gets very lively at night and this hotel is nicely positioned to explore the area. Rooms are very compact but quite new, the design and internal decor both compensates for the size.
