A sweet deal and boutique stay just outside Causeway Bay
This attractive boutique hotel is part of Hong Kong's small Butterfly chain. The hotel is a fabulous deal for visitors more interested in shopping than sunning by a rooftop pool (there isn't one) or indulging in a massage and facial (no spa, either). But the Butterfly on Morrison is perfectly quaint for visitors in search of location and value. Neat little rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and trendy decor. Near Causeway Bay, the hotel location puts guests near the action but not in the middle of it.

Good Value Hotel
First off, the place is a little hard to find. It's very close to the Cathay Pacific Hotel, though, so if you can get there, it's only a stone's throw away. Staff was very friendly, courteous, and responsive. Room was a bit on the small side, but everything was new, and the important things (the comfortable bed and the hitch-free shower) were as they should be. Probably not the best bet for family vacations, though. After my last hotel experience in HK, the complimentary internet access was the kicker. There were some shortcomings--such as the lack of in-hotel amenities, the distance to an MTR station, and the somewhat uncomfortable desk chair--but nothing that stuck in my craw, if you will. Add it all up, it's not the biggest, best, or most luxurious hotel you're going to stay in. but for a lone traveler looking for a functional room at a good price, it was everything I could ask. Good for one or two travelers looking for a great deal in a good location and uninterested in all the bells and whistles.

Butterfly on Morrison is a brand-new
Butterfly on Morrison is a brand-new hotel with excellent location. We stayed there 3 nights in a superior twin room in mid-October 2009, and we really enjoyed our stay. Amenities and service were good. Just one thing we did not like about the hotel : the sound of the elevator at night ("ding" when it stops at each floor)....

Great boutique hotel with modern
Great boutique hotel with modern decor and great service. As this is a new hotel (only been open for a month) there were a couple of minor issues - broadband in room dropped out often and Air Con leaked as little but the good outweighed the bad. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Location is ok, about 8mins walk to Causeway Bay MTR. The room itself is very modern and clean. Please note - Bathrooms are not for the modest, no frosted glass dividing bedroom from bathroom and toilet!

酒店離銅鑼灣地鐵站稍遠,差不多要步行10分鐘. 但離機場巴士站及電車站很近,
酒店離銅鑼灣地鐵站稍遠,差不多要步行10分鐘. 但離機場巴士站及電車站很近, 酒店隔壁的南洋酒店也可以搭乘TAXI, 相當方便. 酒店環境清爽乾淨, 而且設計富時尚感, 可惜房內插座少了點. 入住當天, 酒店服務人員主動幫我升等行政客房, 並予最頂層(28F) 的房間, 房間視野相當好, 入住感覺相當棒!
