Nice hotel, Good location, good Wifi!
I stay 2 nights, before this was butterfly on Morrison, I found that this hotel walking distance towards MTR are much closer than Morrison (even though Morrison is closer to Time Square), if you plan to stay near causeway bay and shop nearby time square then choose Morrison, if you just need a hotel nearer to MTR then pick Victoria. It has good coverage on wifi signal and speed is awesome compare to Morrison!

No elbow room
The room is so small to fit a double bed without elbow space. The location is right at the major street that runs like 6:00 am until after midnight - quite noisy. On the plus side, it's 2-3 mins walk to subway and McDonald downstair opens 24 hours plus plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is new and clean.
