Great stopover from Oz!
We arrived at the hotel after a long flight from Oz and immediately our bags were taken off us to be delivered to our room, check in was easy and quick and we were soon in our room which had an amazing view over the Happy Valley Racecourse. All in all the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were very varied to suit all tastes. One of my concerns was that when booking on-line I couldn't work out how to book the breakfast and it wasn't included in the price of the room, so we had to sort that out when we got there and ended up having to upgrade our room! The other concern was the location which wasn't really very central and there was quite a long walk to the nearest MTR. Still we had an amazing stay in Hong Kong and the hotel certainly contributed to that.

Great location for touring
The location of this hotel whilst not in Central was a perfect base providing easy access to The Peak, Causeway Bay, North Point into central Wanchai and down to Central. There's a tram that stops just across the road from the hotel and bus stops just a few 100 metres away from the hotel which will take you everywhere you would need to get to. The hotel was comfortable and the rooms were very clean although a little small but usual for HK. The staff though were so helpful and really couldn't do enough for you to enjoy your stay. My stay did not include breakfast and honestly I wouldn't pay the extra for breakfast at The Cosmopolitan Hotel. But other than that a great hotel.

You must visit the new Sky100 in Kowloon which offers 360 degree views over Hong Kong - absolutely fabulous. If you purchase your ticket at the hotel you will make a small saving.

the clubs and stores are very close to the hotel area and whats even better is that you can walk to must locations on foot.

Good Hotel But
Amenities, cleanliness, staff, etc. was all very good, but the bed was like sleeping on a board with a sheet over it. Never in 8 nights did I sleep restfully. If the bed is not comfortable it does not matter how nice everything else is. 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to shopping and local vendors in Hong Kong. Good shuttle service provided, even to train station to go to the airport.

Great hotel in great location
Would highly recommend. Either a free hotel shuttle or a short taxi ride away to the best places in Hong Kong. Would certainly stay here again!
