My stay was saved by the front
My stay was saved by the front office manager George....who went out of his way to resolve problems. Be warned - the club rate does not mean club facilities or a lounge, just an equally small room on a higher floor. The lifts never all work at once, and the entertainment system is too complex for its own good. Consequently it also breaks. Food at breakfast ranged from fair to dire - the better items came from cans or the freezer. When it is cheap online it represents adequate value at an accessible location- but it tries too hard to be hip instead of convenient.

I had a very pleasant stay, nice
I had a very pleasant stay, nice breakfast and a bathroom in the room with a magic glass, that becomes transparent at a press of a button. Seriously, apart from internet in the room being quite expensive, the hotel has nothing to be unhappy with.

A good location for the reasonable price
The hotel offers good prices, and in a good location on HK Island. Did not use the restaurant, because of the number or restaurants in the vicinity. Staff was very helpful, readily found time to assist with amy problems or requests. Only down side was no business center, i.e., you need to bring own lap top and pay for internet services in room.

隔音不太好。會聽到外面打掃人員的聲音跟吸塵器聲音。

隔音不太好。會聽到外面打掃人員的聲音跟吸塵器聲音。 床太小 (長度)，如是身高170~175公分以上的客人，繳應該都是會多出床外的。 浴室真的太小，沖完澡澡後，水會滿出來。(酸然它做了乾濕分離的隔間)。 其他方面，整潔度很OK。設備也OK，也有保險箱，但不提供水，還有飯店是給塑膠湯匙，很不環保，客人沖泡熱飲，再用塑膠湯匙也不健康。 以這樣的價格，是和當初期待有點出入。

the beds were way too small compared
the beds were way too small compared to the photo shown on the internet! we booked a room with two double bed from this Hotel Club, but when we arrived, they told me there were no more two beds room.. i said i paid for it and i booked it, then they gave me a very very small room, with two tiny single beds...i stayed in this hotel a few times before...the beds were not like this... i wonder what's happing to this hotel....
