Assumed the hotel would be on
Assumed the hotel would be on the harbour but not quite there! No views even though we paid extra. Breakfast was good and a worthwhile add-on. Not very handy to shops but luckily there is a shuttle that leaves every 30 min. Rooms quite nice and clean. Overall ok for the price just position not quite what we were after. Can't walk everywhere - just a little too far out but is close to train station if you prefer.

Good location
Overall, the experience at the hotel is good. The best is its location near the train station so we could walk to catch the train to Luhu, Shenzhen. It runs every 5 minutes. For those who wish to visit Shenzhen after HK, this is a great location to stay and make the transition.

This particular hotel is first
This particular hotel is first class in every respect with one fundimental exception, the bedroom size is distinctly cramped! Overall impression for our brief stay a gem of a find.

Great hotel, had a harbourview
Great hotel, had a harbourview room which would have been better if the Hong Kong fog not so bad! A little bit out of the main shopping areas but hotel offered free shuttle to middle of city (5 minutes) plus MRT station straight across the road. Pool area was magnificent, much appreciated after day out shopping.

Very accessible but rooms are a tad small for the price you pay. Mattress is very firm would have preferred a softer spring mattress.

Unhappy in Hong Kong
Hong Kong Metropolis
Rooms dont even have space for one piece of luggage, I have tu put my luggage on top of a desk. I changed room because carpet was so dirty, as a punishment I got a room in lower level with barely view of the Bay. I will not recomend this place. It needs some serious update.

From this Hotel you can reach easily the Harbor, but dont ask the staff how to this, they dont know, they just work there.

This is a lovely hotel, the staff
This is a lovely hotel, the staff are very helpful and it is clean and well kept. The rooms are a little on the small side, but as we used the hotel only as a base and a place to rest our heads at night this wasnt an issue. The swimming pool is great, very big, plenty of lounge chairs and there is even a hot tub. The gym has up to date exercise machines and has a nice view over looking the pool. The location isnt too bad, its in a quiet area away from all the hussle and bussle of Kowloon, a complimentary bus runs between the hotel and kowloon every 20 minutes, however it is also possible to walk there in about 15/20 mins. The walk is quite nice, it takes you along the harbour front, avenue of the stars right up to the terminal for ferries to Hong Kong Island.

Free shattle Bus to the centre
Free shattle Bus to the centre is fantastic, every 20 minutes, all day long. Dinner- buffer- French cuisine - was amazing!

Last stay was 4 April. Upgraded to suite. This is my 7th or 8th stay. Easy access to Hung Hom station.
