great location in tsim tsa tsui , the shuttle bus thats complimentary to kowloon is a great idea!clean rooms ,great service and good food!!the hotel is great value for money , the microwave , hotel , hotplate was a great feature, toilets are spotless clean!! would go back for sure!!the concierges gave me great tips to travel around , thats a another plus !!

We stayed at the Harbour Plaza
We stayed at the Harbour Plaza Metropolis Hong Kong for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service is excellent and I would rate this as a 5 star hotel. It's very luxurious and we were upgraded to an executive room on the top floor. It was very quiet and the staff are very friendly and speak very good english. We used the gym several times and it was very clean and good variety of machines including free weights. The room had a high ceiling and the corridors are very wide. The reception area is beautiful with a mezzanine floor overlooking it and the xmas tree and decorations were magnificent. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at this hotel
I recently stayed at this hotel with my mom. We had a side harbor view room. Despite the small size, the room was very nice. My plane arrived early in the morning and the hotel was nice enough to let me check in way before the regular check-in time. That really saved me the trouble of leaving the luggage and then returning to check into the room again. The swimming pool and hot tub were nicely located with spectacular harbor view. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is pricy but there are lots of restaurants within the building complex of the hotel. The location is also great, it took us 10 minutes to walk to the train station. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Loin d'être un 4 étoiles...
Loin d'être un 4 étoiles... Chambre minuscule, pas très propre... Payé supplément pour "Harbour View"... mais il se trouve que c'était la même chambre que pour le prix standard, avec orientation sur mauvais côté: superbe vue sur les tours d'en face. Bien que le service navette vers Kowloon soit parfait, hôtel excentré. WIFI payant... et adaptateur payant, c'est très désagréable. En conclusion, pour le même prix, on a beaucoup beaucoup mieux à HK.

Sehr gute Mittelklasse
Das Hotel liegt ideal vom Zentrum und dem Hafen entfernt. In wenigen Geh-Minuten ist man am Hafen (Star Ferries) oder am Bahnhof. Taxis sind immer da und spottbillig. Die Hotelangestellten helfen, dem Fahrer zu erklären, wohin man möchte. Tipp: Im Hotelrestaurant Buffet (all-you-can-eat) nutzen. Die Auswahl an Speisen sind riesig und sehr lecker, immer internationale Küche. Hotel hat im 20sten Stock eine Lounge, die zubuchbar ist. Dort ist es sehr ruhig, gutes Frühstück, Tee oder Cocktails, je nach Tageszeit. Sehr freundliches Personal, Doppelzimmer sehr klein, jedoch vollkommen ausreichend. Hotel absolut empfehlenswert.

對於像我這樣經常到紅館看演唱會的住客，這裡完全就是量身定做。設施一流，安靜。走路就可以到紅館，還可以在shopping之後舒適的沖個涼再慢悠悠地去演唱會現場。並且距離紅磡站也很近，交通方便。只是是到紅館朝聖，這裡完全是不二選擇！
