they don't speak enough english
hotel was neat and clean-- rooms were little small he bed was very comfortable--the food was delicious evryone was polite and courteous--could have opened the restaurants a little earlier--the location was fine...compared to other trips this was definitely not relaxing--the city is huge-busy and crowded!!!

We stayed in Club 65. It has an amazing harbor view. It has a great pool and exercise room. Everything is so new and modern. The shuttle can bring you to the center of TST. Will stay there again.

Perfect choice for business meeting
IF you are working in Tsim Sha Tsui then ICON is the perfect place to stay. Clean, modern, Western style hotel. the Room are comfortable, bedding & linens of ultra high quality. I will go back again

5 Star experience without the 5 star price tag
This hotel was amazing! The service rivals any Ritz Carlton any day. Everyone was very friendly and was quick to help you in everyway. The amenities were great, free mini bar was a perk. The king sized bed was so comfortable, even more comfortable than my own bed. After a day of touring around we really felt like we were coming to our home in Hong Kong. We have travelled around the world and stayed in all types of hotels but this was the first time I actually felt like I could say that. Room service was good and the breakfast at their Market restaurant was really great. We never tired of the food. I can't speak of the other restaurants as we never got a chance to try them. The location was slightly far fom the train but not bad. Just a little far when we were coming back after a long day of touring.

Short walk from hotel
There was a really great street food area adjacent to the hotel across the street if you want great street food which sometimes we would just bring back to the hotel for dinner. Good if you are on a budget or want a late night snack as they are open late.

Five star, incredibly-designed hotel!
This hotel room was very comfortable. Very visually appealing since top-notch architect/designers were involved. The rooms are large, especially for Hong Kong standards. The design is very modern, yet still warm. The room has a free minibar (sorry no booze!). I paid $250 per night, an incredible value. But I hear that the prices will be going up soon.

Very nice hotel
All the first-class comforts and amenities that you would expect from Hotel Icom. Large rooms and helpful, well-trained staff. Within short walking distance to the MRT Train Station. But the beds are too small.
