Perfect location. Close to shops and restaurants. Ideal location for both business and pleasure. The subway entrance is very close to this hotel. Would stay there again.

Not bad
Pretty good room, a little small but clean. The location was very nice. The breakfast buffet was not so good and cost almost $30. All in all not bad but could use an update.

Hong Kong hang out
My hotel experience was generally very positive.The location ,cleanliness and attentive staff made it easy to enjoy the many Hong Kong attractions.The only negative comments I have are room size,strange elevator operation, and room views (any room under the 20th floor )will get a view of the neighboring buildings laundry if you are lucky.

The Jade and Ladies markets are very interesting,but you must be prepared to haggle! You can cut their asking price in half or more if you are good at negotiation.

Wonderful view and location, but...the smell ....
We stayed at the Panorama the first week of November. We enjoyed the Club privileges( although not cheap). The staff was ok, but not as friendly as other hotels we've stayed. Later we notified the staff about a mildew smell in the room and they of course offered us another room on the floor below with not so nice a view. We declined the offer and decided to overlook this smell because of the fantastic view and made the best of it. Later they sent someone to spray the room and it disguised it temporarily. The hotel should correct this situation of the room on the 28th floor. Other than this, I recommend this hotel.

We only spent 3 nights in HK and
We only spent 3 nights in HK and this hotel was central to everything we needed. Staff were especially helpfull and nothing seemed to much for them. Must say a special thank you to the Duty Manager "Eugene" for his advice and his sincerity

Convenient and chic place. Although the room was not huge, but the splendid view over Victoria Harbour over the National Day period just made up for everything. Good for business traveller with complimentary internet.

This gem of a hotel is found right
This gem of a hotel is found right in the middle of all the action. 5 minutes walk from Nathan Rd, 10 mins walk to Star Ferry. We stayed on the Platinum floors 30-37 where the best views of the harbour can be had. Also included breakfast and happy hour. Special mention to Rita,Elaine and Eugene for their excellent service. Room are super comfortable and large. Platinum also has it own bullet lift straight to your floor. Hard to fault this hotel. Will stay there again. 9/10
