Good value
Simple and smooth check-in and check-out processes. Location is great. Room size is typically within Hong Kong standards. The AC noise could be an issue for light sleepers.

Good Stuff
Small hotel, boutique at best. Clean rooms. well appointed but very very small. Room suitable mainly for single occupancy. Decent location, but out of the way a bit. Very good value for HK though. Staff were excellent.

Not for everyone...but I loved it!
Is not in a touristy area but close enough to get to any major area within a 5 - 10 min walk...which I liked. Great staff...breakfast was god but only 4 items on the menu. Rooms are small...but comfortable. Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone.

If you have to pay more for the hotel breakfast when booking this hotel...don't. It's convenient and breakfast is good...but only 4 items!

Decent Value
The rooms are very small but it's Hong Kong so expect it. The hotel is fairly new so it has a fresh look and I found it to be very clean. Bathrooms are a bit tight but big enough to serve their purpose. Speaking of which -if you're sharing the room you'll be able to see your roomie either in the shower or sitting on the toilet thanks to the glass wall which divides the room. There are no shades. But it brought us together. Location is fine. MTR underground station is about 700 meters away. Doable although extreme heat and humidity can take its toll. The harbor views from the higher floors offer a glimpse of the smog severity. The staff cannot be faulted. They were all extremely helpful and courteous. Small restaurant serves an adequate a la carte breakfast...again, it's the tight space that rules out the possibility of a buffet. Overall, it really is value for the money you pay. I'd recommend it. And I'd go back.
