L'hotel Causeway Bay Harbour View Hong Kong

L'Hotel was very convenient to the subway system and all forms of transportation. It is very convenient to all the downtown spots. We had a room with a beautiful view and it was very quiet and comfortable The staff were exceptional! They were very polite, knowledgeable and helped us with all of our questions - the concierge was particularly helpful! I would highly recommend this hotel for it quality and value, we plan to use it again when we visit Hong Kong

Thisnis the 2nd time I choose this hotel. Very convenience.

Booked the property for a standard room and was upgraded to a nice corner room suite. Room 1903. Upon entering the property the bell man saw me and my girlfriend and he helped with my luggage while I was being processed at the check-in counter. No issues at all during check-in as the receptionist helped me with all the regular hotel formalities. Once I was all checked in and got my room key, I went to the elevator with the bell man and together we went up the elevator to our room 1903. Upon entering the room, we were extremely delighted at the size of the room. There was the main living area with seperate washroom/shower, and then in the other room we had the bedroom with it's own washroom, shower and bath tub overlooking the bed. This was the largest room I've stayed in, in Hong Kong. I've stayed at other 5 star properties, and paid 4x the price and did not get such a large room before. Very nice. I think it was because we booked a one night stay, and the revenue management at the hotel decided it was better to give us the one night in a nicer room and to hold the standard rooms for guests staying more then one night. But that's just my thinking. There's some minor details in the room's cleaniness that could be looked into such as the nooks and cranny's of the bathroom, and also I noticed some of the conditioners and body lotion bottles seem to have very old dates on them, over 2 years ago. Even if the date meant it was the production day, a 2 year shelf life of hair conditioner or body lotion is a bit questionable. We had a good nights stay at this room. The room included a refrigerator, however internet was wired but was charged a fee. The location of this hotel is directly across the street from the Tin Hau MTR station Exit A2. Once you reach the MTR station exit, there is a traffic light crosswalk. Cross the street, and turn left for 15 metres and you will have reached the entrance to the hotel. Excellent location if you're looking to save money on Taxi fares etc. No problems/issues with checking out of the hotel.

Located is good. Close to public transportation. Next to Victoria Park. Short distance to the heart of Causeway Bay where all the shops and restaurants are.

Nice rooms --- we enjoyed it ---- no HBO no CNN no free WiFi in the rooms

The young guy at the desk "upgraded" my wife and I to a room with twin beds. On our anniversary. Beds were rock hard. Not necessarily terrible, but very different than the standards pillow top beds in US business hotels. Pool is really nice. Location is very convenient. Literally across the street from an MTR stop. Tram and buses are also right there.

Hotel were nicely located with tram and MTR just outside; staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, room were clean but outdated from the shower over bath to the tv set from the 90s. Noisy too as there were a big development going at the back of the building. Last thing is there is no WiFi in your room and if you need an internet access, they charge you 30 dollars for half hour. Would stay there again if these issue can be sorted.

The location of the hotel was perfect. the MTR was just across the street. There was plenty of food near by. The hotel provided internet access on two computers which was great! The staff was very helpfull as well. For the price we paid we were very happy...

The only Hotel I stay have no Wi-Fi !! Very bad. location is good, easy in and out. Over price (may be high season)

rooms are ok, the service need to improve, I must say that the location is very convenience for going any where in town
