Good business location
When I checked in, the room was not readied until 4 PM. The hotel did give me the room on the A Club but without the use of the lounge on that floor. It was fine with me but when I checked out on the A Club floor, I asked the staff whether I can checked out or not, the staff said that he would but he said that I should checked out on the first floor. The point here is that the hotel give me a room on the A Club floor so I should be able to checked out on that floor. The staff did not have to say what he have said. It is only the disappointing part of my stay.

Good location..mins walk to Jordan MTR station, bus stops, shopping & food. Hotel interior was new and clean. Free usage of Apple iMAc at lobby area. Nice and helpful staff. Room was modern, clean and new. Great! P/S: Must call Housekeeping for toothbrush or bring your own.

Good location, but not much else
I stayed at this hotel for one night due to a long layover. When I arrived, I saw three men at a counter and figured they would check me in. They just stared at me rudely and then finally said that I had to go upstairs for that. When I got upstairs, I had to wait another few minutes for someone to help me despite the fact that no one was doing anything. Checking in was difficult since the guy I was dealing with barely spoke English and I don't speak Cantonese, but I finally got my card key and went up to my room. The room is about the size of a standard Nathan Road room and was modern and clean. The bathroom was not clean and there was quite a bit of mold in the shower. I was only staying for a short time so I didn't care enough to go through the hassle of calling a cleaning person, but if I were staying longer I would have made it a point to say something. There were two good things about my stay. One is that I managed to circumvent the hotel's internet security and got online for free. (I tried the computers downstairs in the lobby for kicks as well, but the problem is that they are in the lobby and not protected so a lot of people who are not guests come in and use them like a public library. I had only been on the computer for five minutes before a young boy tried to kick me off.) The other good thing is the location. I didn't have anywhere to be so I just walked to the bay a few blocks away and then got some food.

Except on weddind days that's ok. otherwise u will face a noisy night if u r on the 4th floor. i was there on 4th floor for 5 nights, wedding 3 nights. terrible. don't take room on 4th floor.
