The hotel is well situated in a very convenient and central location. Make sure you get what you are promised by directly contacting the hotel after you reserve through the internet web site,as the Hotel management refused to honor what was promised on the web site, saying that it is not their terms and they did not authorize it.

Great Business Hotel
Once again, I found myself enjoying the Park Hotel for the convenience and assurance of a pleasant stay. Fast check in and a very helpful staff. Was very comfortable and I recommend it especially for the quick turn business travellers since it is right on the Express Shuttle route.

I'd been having recent "misfortune" at the hotel I normally stay at adjacent to the China Ferry Terminal in Kowloon and decided to try another. By pure chance the Park Hotel won the draw and I was extremely pleased. Great, courteous staff. Clean and comfortable rooms you can actually move around in and serviced by the Airport Express Shuttle. A bit removed from the main attractions but well worth the nice walk to other areas.

Plenty of dining and shopping can be had in about a 20 minute walk if you're looking for more Western fare. Otherwise, Asian fare is right at your feet everywhere.

Nice Big Rooms especially for TST. Reasonable Cost
If you like TST while in Hong Kong, this is right in the heart of the action; we could walk to liteally every venue we chose. Rooms are good size, especailly by Hong Kong standards; if you've ever stayed on the island you know what I'm talking about. These are more like standard USA size rooms. Clean and well functioning, nice bath with plenty of room as well.

Great Hotel, Great location, great staff. I found the hotel staff to be pleasant. This makes a big difference. Also, the location is in the cnetral shopping areas, and about 10 mins walk to the nearest Metro station

Marginal hotel
i write this after literally stomping on a cockroach in the hotel lobby. Why am I in the lobby? Because this is the only place that has wi fi. The food served in the hotel is terrible and expensive. On the brighter side of things, the location is great, and the room is ok. All in all I'd recommend the holiday inn over this place, honestly, I would.

Park Hotel was great location.
Park Hotel was great location. Rooms clean and comfortable. Make sure you ask if you want non-smoking - we didn't and got a smoking room.

Excellent location (5 minutes
Excellent location (5 minutes walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station), large room by Hong Kong standards, clean, well appointed room, free shuttle bus to and from Hong Kong station (for airport transfer) and efficient check-in and check-out. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would recommend this hotel highly.
