A bit out dated, but still pleasant.
The hotel is not far from the Night Market or the TST area. The hotel is starting to show it's age, especially in the bathroom.

Ring The Bell
Fantastic Location
It is so convenient to go any where coz the Jordan MTR station is juz right below the hotel. There is area that needs improvement for example we had 2 adults & 1 child, so we asked for an extra bed unfortunately we were told that we had to pay for it but other hotels don't impose such charges. Overall the staff are friendly.

Good hotel, starting to show age though, but still good.
I stayed in the most basic room, so that may be why the room was not as nice as I expected. Beware though, as the hotel does charge $300 HKD for Internet, where most hotels in HK provide it free of charge. The rooftop pool is closed during lunchtime and by 6:30, so don't expect to use it if you are traveling for business.

Romantic Getaway
The hotel is situated above Jordan MTR. Super convenient with a lot of shops around its vicinity. The amenities were great. Staffs are friendly & helpful at all times. I appreciate the hotel kind gesture of helping me to arrange a birthday cake surprise for my loved one whose birthday happen to falls on our check-in date. Only lapse is the hardness of my room bed which cause me slight backache. Overall is a great experience staying at Prudential. I will definitely stay at Prudential during my next visit to HK.

There are alot of great shops in Prudential vicinity. With MTR right at the basement, travelling is much easier.

Spacious room. Great location. Super conveniece as located right at the shopping center in Jordon MTR. It will be good if included breakfast. anyway, as swimming pool located at the roof top, it close at 6.30pm - too early.

Stayed at The Prudential Hong
Stayed at The Prudential Hong Kong in May 2011 after a gap of 3 years. Liked it then, like it now. However, it was being refurbished this time so no bar or dining room and hence scores an average for facilities. This will improve dramatically when the work is finished. Wonderful location on Nathan Road and immediately above the Jordan MTR station. Our hotel of choice in Kowloon. Also stayed in the Novotel Citygate near HK airport. The Prudential is great for shopping etc, but the Citygat is a great choice for a 1-night stopover.
