Simple, clean
This hotel is clean and neat. The location is not central to anything (it is actually in the middle of a residential complex) but it does have easy (and inexpensive) transportation to/from the hotel area (about 3 min walk) to the main metro (MTR) station. From there you can get to anywhere in Hong Kong. The hotel staff does not really speak English and are not very helpful when trying to figure out where to go. So if you are good at heading out on your own this hotel is worth the price. The largest drawback to the hotel is that the hallways echo really really badly so that in the morning (starting about 6am) people walking around echoes in the room (I am a heavy sleeper and it still woke me up) For the cost the hotel is okay to stay at.

A very nice surprise
We had a room on the top floor overseeing the container terminal (the water front)... the room itself is surprising well equipped for the price that I was paying. The location is not too convenient if you were staying in hotel to go anywhere to see the sights, however, if you were staying overnight to go the airport early in the morning, the location is superb, as it is 5-10 mins from the MTR station that has an airport express train, which takes you to the airport in less than 15 mins. In that sense, the location is superb. I found the hotel better than what I was expecting, I am pleasently surprised... It is very good value....

Nice hotel in isolated locale
The hotel building and the room are neat and clean and roomy (deluxe room) with modern facilties. The high speed internet is free but someone has to set it up for you. For a nice modern clean comfortable room you can get it here for a reasonable price. Forget about restaurants as there is none. The location is really isolated, but taxis are readily available and are quite cheap in HK anyway. They claim to have a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the subway station, but I didn't bother using it as taxis are quite convenient and inexpensive. If you want to walk around the hotel, never mind, as there is absolutely nothing near the hotel.
