Best place to rest near airport

If you really want to stay near the airport and get a proper rest, this is your best choice. Its a little more costly compared to the lounges which are hard to book. Easily accessible with all amenities this is the only hotel connected to the airport.

Buisness hotel

I had a business meeting in Kowloon and I wanted to stay near the airport and got into town the next morning. The hotel is attached to the airport and I was from the plane to my room in less than 15 minutes. The train goes from the airport into town and I was able to get to my meeting in 45 minutes. I don't know where the bad reviews are coming from. The hotels in Hong Kong were twice as expensive and would have taken an hour longer to get to. The Regal was clean and nice. The room was great, more European than a Holiday Inn. I went to my meeting in Kowloon and was back at the hotel within 35 minutes, checked out and was bank in the airport inn just ten more minutes.

If you must stay at the airport I'd give it a go

This place is just mediocre. The room was dated, the carpet old, television did not work and for the price I paid I could have stayed at the W downtown, but a late arrival and early flight forced me to stay at this hotel

If it weren't for a location this hotel would fail.

The only good thing about this place is that you can walk to it from the airport.. Well, and the beds are nice.. Other than that this place is a total dump.. $350USD, for a room in Hong Kong which should cost no more than $120USD. This place is like 20 years old, shower didn't really work, paint is scraped off the walls, no where to plug in your phone for charging.. Basically the only thing going forward is that it's located in the airport. No minibar, and the toilet had this weird blue water in it.. Some Korean guy was totally freaking out in the lobby about a smell in his room, he kept yelling in a heavy Korean accent You are killing me!!!

Stopover

The hotel looks very nice but slight irritation about not working TV, lamp knobs out of order and warm refrigerator. But the location is very good for a stopover. You can go with return the same day with the very fast train downtown for 100 HKD.

Wow Convenient for Fliers

This hotel is directly connected to Hong Kong International Airport, so I found it super convenient for my late night flight arrival with a morning flight out, or, for my departure, just the opposite. You don't have to build in contingency time to get to/from the airport - it's literally a three minute walk from the lobby. The rooms are spacious and comfy with decent amenities including in-room coffee if you want to skip breakfast and an iron and ironing board for those who want the spiffy look. And I highly recommend the bar on the floor below the lobby (gourmets should note the hotel has several restaurants - the menus looked fab to me - I'm just not a big eater) where I had a simple supper which was scrumptious. Even better, it serves tasty local beer, and also bottled beer from ALL over the world, so you can certainly get a taste of your local brew if you are homesick! For me, I found the wines pricey, so I stuck with the cocktails, which were excellent, generous and quite inexpensive. A frequent fliers paradise!
