Good for a short business stay
The daily included breakfast and access to the internet. The location is excellent for those who go to Wanchai for Business.

Great hotel!
Hotel was amazing. Clean, great interior design, very comfortable, quiet, good service. Only breakfast was so-so. Free wifi was decent but worked well only with Apple devices. Location is quite good, walkable to nearby MTR stations. Prices are fair for Hong Kong.

absolutely wonderful stay
room was very large for hk standards with high ceilings, and nicely decorated. location is very good with short 5min walk to mtr, with lots of restauarants nearby. very quiet inside the rooms so you can get some good rest. overall, a terrific stay and a great value!

I really enjoyed my short stay I travel a lot for my work and can compare. This hotel is very nice and also a perfect deal for that price

Too expensive
Rooms were small but that`s pretty much the case in all hotels in HK. For the price we paid, I think they can do better w/ breakfast.

Never and ever stay in this hotel
I am a frequent businness traveller and stayed many hotels all over the world... This was the worst hotel I ever stayed... It's never worthed four stars first of all and has the wierdest rooms I ever seen...even it was a upgraded room, and the funniest part is I asked for ices and they told me to go 7Eleven cross the street to get ices.... I dont even want talk about their breakfast salon...

Average hotel in good location in Wan Chai area
Overall, there is nothing exceptional about this hotel but also nothing too negative. Hotel staff was helpful when needed but never going beyond their duty. Hotel rooms were not dirty but not clean. Cleaning staff decided on a daily basis what towels they would replace. And continental breakfast was OK if nothing else to eat. The location was great, within walking distance of convention center and subway station.

Excellent stay
Though the hotel links to an elderly center and sometimes the elevator (lift) is crowded, the hotel provides good service and the staff is very helpful and jump into help anytime I asked. Certainly will come back.
