Solid hotel for business trip
Prompt, courteous staff. Room was clean and functional. Internet connection seemed a bit slow, but that could be due to access of US-based websites, i.e. search engines

Good value
Very nice rooms, impeccably clean but small. Good hybrid Chinese/western breakfast but a bit pricey. Once you get oriented it is very convenient to Central, only about 5 minutes from the Victoria tram.

Nice hotel, good location, however, the restaurant is not really connected with the hotel so they wouldn't bill to the room. I had dinner at the restaurant with the poorest service I have ever received. The meal included vegetables, but I never got them and the servers didn't seem to understand. The manager finally came and took some money off the bill. I won't eat there again, however. The problem is that there are not other restaurants in the neighborhood so you are stuck with this restaurant if you stay in this hotel.

The room was spacious, clean and tidy. A bit more expensive but consider reasonable with the room condition and location in Hong Kong Island. The staff was helpful and friendly. Travel by taxi to hotel from port (to Lantau island or Macau) cost only about HK$30 (each luggage cost additional HK5)

Good experience
Very essential, no frills, but clean and confortable. Away from the noise of Central but still close to the attractions and restaurants/nightlife in Soho. Internet connection is available but for wi-fi you either go to the cafeteria or you have to rely on the somehow spotty free gov wi-fi from the botanic garden. Cabs are available at the door. The breakfast buffet is a good value, not upscale cuisine but there's some variety, quality is all right and the service is friendly. I didn't try lunch or dinner there. Considering how expensive are hotels in HK this is a great place to stay.

It is slightly out of the way
It is slightly out of the way from the MTR stations, though still walkable downhill. The view from the room is good, and the room itself is also excellent. Very clean and well maintained. It is just too bad that one has to charge Internet service.
