Dining

Felix
The experience begins once you board the mood-changing lift which transports you from the palatial grandeur of The Lobby to the surreal and ultra-contemporary setting of Felix. Suspend reality for the world of avant-garde designer Philippe Starck and take a dress circle seat for the most magical show on earth - the galaxy of lights between Victoria Peak and Hong Kong harbour. Whether you want to impress or indulge, enjoy cocktails and modern European cuisine in this unique night-time venue with simply the best views - both inside and out.
The Lobby
Nothing is more evocative of the olden days of Hong Kong than Afternoon Tea beneath the neo-classical arches of The Peninsula Lobby. Step through the hotel's main entrance and change gear, as this living example of history takes you back to a more gracious world when there was always time for tea. With The Lobby Strings for musical company, your toughest decision will be when to visit this most elegant rendezvous for a drink or a meal.
Chesa
Close to the heart of Hong Kong diners for over 40 years, Chesa boasts three generations of loyal customers. This bijou and romantic Alpine chalet home-from-home is where welcoming and cosy meet affordable, authentic Swiss food and global wines, in an unpretentious and relaxed setting unaltered since 1965. Seek out this enduring hidden gem for a delightful experience to share with friends and family.
Imasa
A Japanese culinary adventure for sushi and sashimi lovers and a welcome dining experience for Japanese food aficionados. Served with meticulous attention to detail with fresh ingredients imported daily, staff are as adept at guiding the novice through the traditional yet contemporary menu as meeting and exceeding the expectations of the sophisticated and experienced diner.
Gaddi's
Gaddi's has meant fine French dining in Hong Kong since 1953. Anticipation builds in the private lift and the first step on the rich blue and gold carpet, with candlelight and live music setting the tone. A table at Gaddi's means a celebration, a business coup, a special anniversary or a marriage proposal - or just a leisurely gourmet meal. Allow Gaddi's Chef Remi van Peteghem to design your personal menu and the Gaddi's staff to redefine your idea of service.
Spring Moon
Picture yourself transported to a traditional Shanghainese mansion of the 1920s - enticing dark wood interiors with Oriental rugs adorning the floor, while Art Deco touches, silver ornaments and sepia photos line the walls. The Spring Moon offers classic Cantonese cuisine and the city's best dim sum and Peking duck, while the resident Tea Masters match your food with the perfect tea from over 25 varieties.
The Verandah
Bringing the glamour back to the buffet experience, The Verandah has been reimagined with airy, refined interiors and cosy corners that lend charm and gravitas to any occasion. Healthy, Naturally Peninsula-inspired selections set the tone for breakfast, while dynamic cooking stations, fine seafood, Asian signature dishes, seasonal heirloom salads and lovingly-crafted desserts define lunch and dinner.
The Bar
At The Peninsula's handsome, reconceived Bar, finely-crafted classic cocktails served in a discreet, intimate setting define the drinking experience. Richly muted panelled walls and club-style seating, accompanied by a jazz singer and pianist, lend an ambiance of warm, understated elegance. Craft cocktails, rare whiskies and vintage Armagnacs define The Bar's golden era list of libations.
Salon de Ning
Enter this intimate, sophisticated lounge and be transported to the glamorous world of Madame Ning. Sway to the sounds of Soulmates or dance to a DJ's spins. Be inspired by Art Deco pieces and other objets d'art. Immerse yourself in the style of 1930s Shanghai - the "Paris of the East", and indulge in Salon de Ning Ros Champagne or signature "Ning Sling" cocktails. Also available for private parties and events.
