Great hotel. Location was a little out of the way, but I loved the hotel, it was worth the taxis everywhere. The W is on an isolated side of kowloon, you cannot just walk out and be in a bustling city, instead there is a highway. However, the hotel is very modern, sleek, simple and luxurious - you may never want to leave! The shuttle to TST was always fully booked when we needed it, so we never took advantage of that. HK island is only one stop away by metro, but to get to TST you need a cab (there is no direct line). The hotel is very convenient for the airport express and is connected to elements mall. There is plenty of places to eat in the mall and lots of high end shopping.

Aqua for drinks in TST. The view is amazing and the drinks are cheap for what are getting. The drinks are made with FRESH fruit and the view is beautiful.

Very ModernHotel
The location is what I like the best about the hotel, The airport express train took us only door steps away from the hotel. The hotel is pretty new and modern. It also connected with a mall that has everything we need.

Awesome hotel in a not so great
Awesome hotel in a not so great location. Best service and staff I have ever encountered. Fantastic spa and pool, below average gym facilities (small and little equipment if its busy) Very relaxed,,,did I mention how fantastic the sevice was!!!

Fantastic service and good location
The whole concept in the hotel gave me a kicker. Nice and serviceminded staff. Pool area is amazing up on top floor. Exellent connection with airport by airport express

Couple travelling for a leisure weekend
Fantastic Hotel
Very convenient hotel, just above the Airport Express Kowloon Station. Superb hotel for a weekend of leisure in a trendy city. It is half leisure, half business, which fits well with this city. Brunch breakfast is a feast with dedicated staff, amusing dishes and good quality ingredients. Finally the Bliss toiletries in the room and health club are a real pleasure for the senses.

Everything was fine, except, the staff promised 2 beds suite for us but ended up having 1 King bed instead.

The W Hotel was very good--a nice,
The W Hotel was very good--a nice, trendy place replete with all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this calibre. The beds were HEAVENLY and it was quite difficult to peel myself away from them! I loved the bathrooms as well, and their selection of Bliss products were amazing. Service was great--however, I only rated them as "good" as I noticed there were some things lacking. For instance, shuttles to TST were a little strange. Why couldn't they provide information on how to get back to the hotel? While this detail is something we could've looked up on our own, it would've been nice if the hotel provided for it. Breakfast was ok-- a so-so selection. Location-wise, it was very convenient. Although quite far from TST and Central, these were just a train-ride away. Overall, I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the facilities are fantastic.

In town check in is very good!

Fun hotel with friendly staff. Walking to the airport express is a synch. The views from the 72 floor pools are a great way to experience the skyline of HK and the surround sound was a nice touch.
