Could not fault this Hotel - great location - modern, bright and very welcoming. Arrived early but was given check-in within the hour and was allowed 2pm late check-out on leaving. Very helpful staff; good decor, beautiful rooms. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Excellent chice
Excellent hotel in a superb location. Walk to most of the Kawloon attaractions, Star Ferry & Ave of the Stars. Excellent view towards Hong Kong and its skyline (we stayed on the 19th floor). Clean, well equipped rooms. The only part we did not like was in-room internet access charge of HK $80/ day (US $10).

HYATT REGENCY HOTEL, HONG KONG
I relaxed,laid by the pool, when to cafe every morning..The staff there was very manner.Starting from checking in: [...](female) checked me in. Very respectful in all ways.Housekeeping was great,cafe really nice.I give rating of 100% over all. Only thing I would have enjoyed if there was a place to have a nice massage.. The compare is a five star in my book..

The room are very well kept and comfortable, may be due to the hot weather we felt that the air-cond is not so cooling at night and have to put on high speed but it will produce too much noise for a good night rest.

Excellent new hotel with all
Excellent new hotel with all required facilities including limousine service to and from airport (extra cost, but worth it). We stayed in harbour view room with wonderful views of the city and harbour, even more beautiful at night. Our 3 children stayed in a similar but even better room! We will certainly consider this hotel on our next trip to Hong Kong.

hotel located in the middle of
hotel located in the middle of back side of small streets. so, i got lost everyday cos there's a lot of entrance to hotel. but dosen't have a proper entrance to hotel. taxi got stuck all the time in the drive way to basement(hotel entrance for bus & taxi) room too small..twin beds have only 5cm of space in between. beds too close to desk i couldn't stop hurting myself just try to walk through it. overall this hotel is too average consider it's just renorvated..

This trip was unbelieveable! This may sound strange, but the stay was just perfect. Very happy with Hotel service and staff. If I go back, I will stay at the Hyatti Regency again..

The subway is close, shopping is around the hotel plus dining. You'll be very happy if you stay at the Hyatti Regency Hong Kong.

Great Location
Hotel is new - October 09. It has a few growing pains with room equipment( television) that needs adjustment. But staff was quick to respond and fix. The location was superb - would go back next time.
