Best deal in Budapest!
The only thing i can say i didn't like. it was that I had to pay about 16 Euros for garage per day, but it worth it cause parking spots in Budapest are really hard to find. Everybody in the hotel was so nice, the location OMG was perfect, everything except Buda Castle and the Heroes Monument are in between 2 - 10 minutes walking, but if u take taxi, drive ur own car or take public transportation the castle and the monument are around 7 - 10 minutes. The breakfast buffet was excelent too. Do not belive what other hotels say about themself, they're just selling, but K+K Hotel Opera is the real deal.

great location for city break
Hotel was clean, comfortable, convenient to city and the staff were friendly and helpful. Tea making facilities in room and internet access. Good breakfast. Nice restaurants and cafe/wine bars nearby.

Beware taxis hailed in the street or those waiting at stations etc - we were charged double fare. Ask the hotel to phone or get a taxi company number yourself and pre-arrange a journey.

Location, Location, Location!
The location was perfect, right around the corner from the beautiful Opera House and Callas Cafe on Andrassy Ut. Our room was small, but we had a wonderful marble bathroom with a great tub and enclosed shower. Service was excellent all around. It was a pleasure to stay at the K+K Hotel Opera! Evelyn & Nathaniel

We loved the Alexandra Bookstore and Coffeehouse on Andrassy. Very reasonable drinks and pastries in the exquisite gold paneled cafe. The Callas Cafe by the Opera House offers a lovely breakfast or coffee hour al fresco in springtime.

Four lovely days
Exceptional location, welcoming staff and a quiet and comfortable room. We thought it the perfect place for our visit to Budapest.

All-around excellent hotel
We were very pleased with our stay here. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, the room was the most comfortable I have stayed in in Europe, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful!

Great location
Located next to the beautiful opera building and steps from the metro.clean and modern. We felt right at home. The additional cost for breakfast was expensive. We skipped it and got great food in the neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Very Nice Comfortable Hotel
The staff was very nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast was the best I have had. The location was also very central to everything a tourist would want. Only negative, no WiFi in the rooms and no 3G reception (in my room, do not know if this is a hotel wide issue or not). If you are Ethernet connected, this is not an issue.

do try to baths.....Szechenyi is within walking distance ande is a wonderful experience. Never seen anything like it!

excelent location, very good service
I stayed at this hotel 3 nights (weekend) for a vacation. the location is perfect, in the centre of the city, very close to the best pubs and disco-club. The rooms are kindly, not to small. The fitness room are very small, breakfast was rich. I will go back there once again

Friendly and helpful staff as
Friendly and helpful staff as documented on previous posts. Staff were happy to arrange transport, restuarant bookings and general advice. Not a luxurious hotel but considering one is mainly on the road it was a great location. Breakfast was excellent contarary to a few other posts on your site, there was even a glass of 'bubbly' available. Will recommend to others looking in that price range
