Nice hotel, great staff, high price
No complaints about the particulars of my stay at all. Rooms are every bit as good as any I've had in the US (though I don't stay in five-star hotels in the US). Staff at the hotel is excellent (and there's a *lot* of staff). I enjoyed the restaurant very much, though it was expensive by Indian standards. *Very* expensive by any standard is WiFi access ($20/day). Minibar is also quite expensive, just FYI.

good for the price
good hotel stay mostly visited friends the managerial staff were not friendly or greeting all the guests alike the security and the cleaning staff were very nice and went out of their way to help us. worth mentioning is the house keeping person by name Hassan. some of the staff at the buffet break staff needs more training in hospitality industry how to smile and greet. at the reception and front desk area the women folks did not show true customer friendly service. lastly manager was ignoring half the guests including us
