Great Amenities!
The overall appearance of the hotel was fantastic. The room was very clean. The pool and restaurants were superb! Room service couldn't get any better!

Excellent - hotel
We were pleasantly surprised by this new clean hotel in Chennai, rooms were clean and staff was great too. We had one incident where the restaurant staff was ignorant and lazy but the handling of the situation by the duty manager and restaurant manager was outstanding, this hotel deserves a five star.

The best hotel in the world. Really.
This hotel is the best hotel that I've EVER stayed at - and I've travelled all over the world. The staff are excellent, the food is excellent, the rooms are excellent - everything is excellent. The location is convenient to Spencers Plaza and everything else in Chennai so it's great for travellers as well as for business. I can't wait to go back to India just so that I can stay here again. It is worth every penny to stay here.
