The hotel is a good standard but not sure I would classify it a 5* hotel. The restaurant on the ground floor was average and so was the food. The restaraunt on the 8th or 9th floor has great views but again food was average. The rooms moderate and clean and a good size. Staff were exceptionally helpful and always helpful. My biggest gripe is the Hotel Taxi service. I agreed a fee to take me to a friends and use a private car from there to get me to the airport. But the moment I got to my friends, the taxi driver demanded a further rs400 because he had to pay for this tavel back to the hotel.Spoke to the drivers manager at the hotel and he confirmed this but never mentioned this at the hotel prior to departing. Since when do you need to pay for the taxi to get back to the hotel? Poor Csutomer service from that perspective. Wont be using Hotel cars anymore, a major rip off.

My family of 3 stayed here last
My family of 3 stayed here last week for 3 nights and we are happy with the welcoming friendly staff from the door man right through to the room cleaning lady. Of great importance to us as foreigners, is the tap water quality, hygiene and security of the hotel. We did not succumb to diarrhoea from brushing our teeth with tap water or from showering! The free morning breakfast which came with my booking is sumptuous and the cuisine varieties caters for all ( Indians, Europeans, Japanese, Chinese etc). Locality wise, it was central to all the tourists spots and shopping complexes, all within Rp30 -100 by local Autos. Airport to Accord Metropolitan is Rp 500 by air condition taxi ( 30 -45 min away depending on traffic conditions. Also, there is free internet in the room and the business centre, gym and the rooftop dining restaurant is great. The pool was closed for repairs and we did not have the opportunity to use. No doubt, we shall stay at this hotel again if we return.

Terrible Hotel - Stay away even its free
The room was dirty, leakey toilet and out dated bathroom. smelly stained beddings and carpet. Cleaners wake us up at 3.30am by banging on the doors, it was an unoplesant stay. This is not a hotel for you to relax or stay with family.

Ausgezeichnetes Essen
Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel. Geräumige Zimmer, sehr sauber. Sehr gutes vielseitiges Essen. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Einziges Manko, Pool und Spaabereich ist ungepflegt.
