In the sleepy hamlet of Raichak, Ganga Kutir has just 16 sophisticated guest rooms, simple but delicious international cuisine, a bar overlooking the river, a spa, meditation centre, engaging views of Ganges and most of all, peace.
The resort architecture is inspired by a small village with local art displayed throughout. Every room is a personal haven with dreamy views of passing boats on the river. Outside, sit in an easy chair on the rolling lawn and sip a glass of champagne accompanied by the sound of twittering birds and the sway of palm trees.
