Wonderful Experience

The hotel is remarkable. The friendliness, courtesy and helpfullness of the front desk staff was commendable without which I would certainly not have enjoyed my stay so much. All the facilities and the attitude of your staff point to a well run hotel which we recommend to any of our friendswhen they visit Kolkata. There is no doubt that I will be staying at New Kenilworth Hotel when ever i visit Kolkata.
