Excellent service and great facilities.
Excellent service and great facilities. Staff are fantastic and love the pool and spa wet areas. Very accommodating with late check-outs. Was able to upgrade my room only booking to Regency Club level for around USD 70 and this included breakfast, cocktails and snacks from 6-8pm, free WI-FI and teas coffeees throughout the day.

Comfortable stay, great service
Second long stay (8 nights) at Hyatt Regency. Staff is very friendly and start recognizing your needs on day 2+. Breakfast buffet is fantastic.

A great place
Great hotel! Great room service. Nice and quiet place. Food inside hotel is expensive. I think internet service and international/local phone calls should not cost a fortune at this day and age. Overall it was a good experience staying in this hotel. I would surely consider it next time.
