Hotel excellent - service not so good
Hotel not as good as other competitive hotels in the area. Fabric of hotel and rooms are excellent but staff have a cold approach especially as a first time user of the Hotel. 24 hour restaurant service left a lot to be desired. Lunch time waited 20/25 minutes and no service.

Very good choice in Juhu
I stayed in the Novotel during a business trip for more than a week. It is a very comfortable, modern hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet serves a big variety of international food so that it can be enjoyed by Indian and western travelers. There is a few restaurant choices in the hotel. The Italian restaurant has very good food including good wine choices and great pizza. My room was spacious with a modern restroom. I enjoyed the rainshower type shower cabin.

I was there on a business trip and staid in the premiere executive floor. Perfect stay. Good room, great food, wonderful people. I used teh Gym and the spa and was very much satisfied. Everywhere nice and friendly staff. I will certainly come back.

We had a great time we stayed for 17 nights we wished it could have been more the hotel staff were very polite couldn't do enough for us the room was kept very clean restaurants within the hotel were exceptional the chefs even cooked us a special meal they couldn't do enough for us I would certainly go back and would recommend this hotel to everyone what a fantastic hotel
