Sanur Beach Hotel Bali

Hotel is in an ideal location right on the beach. There is a choice of restaurants for evening meals ranging from a fish restaurant to a Italian. breakfast is buffet style and has a good variety . All restaurants are open air.

The hotel is well located beside the windurfing & Kyte surfing spot. The breakfast is really good and they have room service which we enjoyed. The staff is really nice. (like everywhere else in Bali). This hotel is not a typical Bali hotel like the type you can find in Amed, Ubud or the Gilis. So in my opinion, the hotel lacks charm... it looks like a typical north american hotel (sheraton, hilton) with long corridors beside the elevators... still the rooms are clean and the pool is nice.

Good location, next to beach, rooms clean, room cleaners thorough and friendly. Breakfast good and heaps of food never runs out. Staff friendly and helpful at all levels. Doctor on site. Beautiful clean gardens and clear blue pools, good pool loungers and loungers provided on beach also. Good local shuttle service and once a day into Kuta. Happy hour does not include cocktails, unfortunately, they should advertise this outside bar Room service menu limited, bit of a language problem ordering, pool side menu very limited to about six snacks. Overall good hotel, would go back. If you want massage, bit expensive, go into Sanur, a third of the price

Hotel showing its age a bit and breakfast was nothing special. We only stayed 3 nights but found the location excellent for a chill out vacation with great pool and garden facilities. Lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate area although they were mainly quiet due to the time of year.

Location was fairly good but the hotel room was outdated with fixtures in the bathroom falling apart , TV that was probably built 10 years ago , no DVD player , a lack of internet access in our room and some aweful decor . Over several days we had to request the complementary bottled water, bath towels.The refrigerator was not running because the power outlet was dodgy. I have stayed in many 4 star hotels all over the world but this one needs a star shaved off . Stay here if you want the experience of a 1980's decor at 21st century prices. Sanur is a good place to stay but research the hotels , this one was a bit of a fizzer.

I found the food excellent. I enjoyed the scenery and landscape surrounding the hotel. I could also enjoy the swimming pool despite my handicap- I am a wheel chair bound. The stairs and the railing helped me move down to the water with a minimum help from my wife.

- Necesita mucho mantenimiento, la piscina esta muy descuidada (con hongos), algunos azulejos (aldosas) estan sueltas, faltan rejillas en la piscina y en lugar de colocar nuevas, ponen sillas o mesas de playa para que la gente no tenga algún accidente. - el cuarto de baño es viejo, el último día pude ver que alguna parte del hotel han renovado los cuartos de baño, pero en la parte que nos tocó a nosotros era antiguo y un poco obscuro, nunca me duche sin chanclas (un día teniamos una pequeña cucaracha en la ducha) - desayuno my poco variado, los zumos distan mucho de ser de frutas frescas, totalmente artificial - personal muy amable - precios muy altos para lo que ofrece el hotel

2 belles piscines. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Climatisation avec odeur d'humidité dans les chambres supérieures.
