Kuta Paradiso Hotel

We paid the extra to upgrade to the 5th level and were quite impressed by the view and outlook we had of the pool area, the service was great and enjoyed the quiteness of the pool area compared to other hotels. Breakfast could be a bit more western and the resorts needs a general uplift paint etc to bring it up to a 4 to 5 star standard.

Reasonable western-style hotel without any outstanding characteristics in a great location between Kuta and Tuban. Does not have direct beach access. The Bali Garden Resort a couple of doors towards Tuban does, and is comparable in price. We were made to feel a bit second class as we had 'booked on the internet' Also, the bedding configuration requested (and confirmed) four months prior 'not available' on the first night. Internet access in their Business Centre was painfully slow and four times as expensive as the tourist information office across the street. Okay, but not anything special.

Excellent Hotel great service and great staff would highly recommend. Staff will assist you with what ever you need anytime without complaints and a smile

The hotel claims 5 star, I would give it 3.5 stars. The rooms are small and not great at all. There isnt even a powerpoint in the bathroom to plug in your hair dryer! The rooms smell like smoke - even in a non smoking room. Though we were upgraded on arrival, the room was terrible for the price we paid! The location is great though! so close to the shops and about 15 minute walk from Legian where all the clubs are located. It's about 2 mins walk from Kuta markets and about 5 mins walk from Discovery Mall.

沒海灘，設備老舊，千萬別住，會後悔，什麼五星飯店，根本像兩星飯店

kutaの中心に在るからと友達に聞き、初めて宿泊しましたが 良い印象はありません。ホテルの部屋は狭く、ベットは小さく夫婦で寝るには狭すぎます、その上、ホテルのレストランはサービス最低、夜はうるさくて眠る事も出来ませんでした、もし宿泊されるなら、海の見える部屋が良いと思います。騒ぎたい人には良いかも。
