Great Location
The hotel was nice! Staff was friendly & the hotel was close to bus station so very easy to get around. Reasturantsv were expensive & limited type of dinning. Asian food only! Breakfast was expensive! Room was nice & bright with great views of the city from balcony! However I asked for double beds & got a king bed! I was traveling with my daughter so it was alright but if I would have traveled with a friend it would have been uncomfortable. Overall good experience!

Fantastic Week getaway to tour Cork area
Second stay at this hotel, last was 5 years ago. Great location and accomodations but most impressive was the experienced, frienly and very helpful staff! We received exceptional service at checkin,dining room and lounge, arranging tours, housekeeping, everyone! They all wenty out of their way to anticipate and meet our needs!

Excellent for city break
Cork is a great city for shopping, eating and as a base for sightseeing. We enjoyed great trips to Cobh and loved the new Titanic experience, a visit to Blarney to kiss the stone was a must and the town of Kinsale is really lovely. Not having a car these were all easily reached by bus or train. The bus station is just a couple of minutes from the hotel and the train station a 10 minute walk. The Kudos restaurant in the hotel was excellent and the pool a bonus after a day's sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. No complaints.

Jacobs on the Mall - an excellent restaurant with a very affordable set menu. Great ambience and friendly service.

i stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend for one night. the hotel is lovely. room was n excellent condition and the staff were really friendly...we had a spa treatment in the hotel, it was really nice, staff very friendly aswel...pool, sauna steam room were n good condition aswel. we ate in a restaurant right beside the hotel. its called the club brassiere. the food was excellent there and staff were very welcoming...couldnt fault anything from our weekend...very good night life too.

City Break
Checked in staff very friendly and fast no delays .. Pool excellent . Underground car park €10per day very slow to process when leaving park. Plenty of bar staff but very disappointing service from them both evenings

Hotel nice, Spa very poor
I went for work I would like to have a better spa, it is very poor. Room was very nice. Restaurants close very , very early, at 9:30pm you can not eat, except at room service.
