Everything at the hotel was great, except for a few things. Parking at the hotel over 3 hours is charged 4 euros. The full Irish breakfast is good, but is not included with the room, and is 10 euros each. The double superior room has twin beds put together, which leaves a gap down the middle, and are quite hard matresses. (not firm, but hard!) The positives were the excellent maid service, wired internet in the room (Wireless is available in the lobby-free), very clean rooms, adjacent fitness center with jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms. The Liffey valley mall is within walking distance. It has a Starbucks, and several food court places to eat. The staff was very friendly, and eager to help. Easy access to Motorways from the hotel.

This place is right next to a shopping center, the water, and the train station. It was perfect for our Ireland trip in every way. Beds were SUPER comfortable and the staff was very pleasant.

This was our launching off point for visiting Dublin. Hotel is a quick 15 minute ride on the train to downtown Dublin. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast can be pricey, but quality of the food was very good. Would stay there again

Good location, not far from city centre and the bus fare is moderate. The staff are friendly and helpful especially the concierge. Ample of car parks and compliment for guests staying at the hotel.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Burlingon. Wir waren 8 Tage in diesem Hotel und haben wirklich nichts zu beanstanden ! Von aussen ist es nicht gerade sehr schön.. sieht eher noch alt aus. Aber von Innen echt schöne Zimmer. Und wir haben echt ein super Angebot ergattert. Die Verkehrsanbindung war auch super !

The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout the trip. We were given a large room on the 4th floor looking out to the back to minimize any street noise. The housekeeping was immaculate. This hotel is close to Grafton St, Temple Bar area, Stephen's Green, Trinity College, and the tourist office. This hotel was a deal!

The Gibson Hotel is a very trendy hotel situated at the point in Dublin. The room and bathroom was very modern and very well put together. Complementary Wi-Fi was available and multiple power outlets were present for electronic devices. If you were planning on seeing a show at the O2, the location is excellent. If you want to see temple bar expect a ~7 Euro (each way) taxi ride or ~4 Euro tram ride (round trip). The tram is located just outside the hotel entrance. Reception was very nice and was the bar staff. Food within the hotel is expensive, but this is to be expected. Parking in the public ramp below the hotel is very safe and secure however expensive. I believe it to be ~18 Euro a night, however parking is expensive throughout the city. All together, a very nice hotel with a good wait staff, a unique location, and excellent service.

The mattress was bad, I could feel the springs. It was a couple of miles from town but we could take the buss. The breakfast was good. The gym was good. There was a small grocery next door that was good.

We enjoyed the stay in D4 Berkley, however it didn't feel like a 4 star hotel. Dinner service was terrible. Slow service, never got our dessert and was still charged for it. Dinner did taste good though. Wifi was available in the hotel but they charged for it as well as 10.50 per day for parking! We rang to get directions to the hotel and were told by the receptionist to ask someone else out on the street. Our last night we went to make dinner reservations and when we arrived down the kitchen was closed for the evening!! We had to go to the hotel next door and eat. Pretty annoying when you have a 2 month baby in tow. We will stay in the D4 Tower next time, it is a 3 star hotel and I don't believe you could see any difference. at least you won't be disappointed.

The good: this is a top notch hotel with great staff, great amenities, great rooms. The bar and restaurant downstairs are great, the concierge is helpful, and the rooms are larger than typical Dublin rooms.
The bad: the significant downside of the hotel is that it's located 15-20 minutes walk from the city center or a five minute walk to the bus stop.

residential nieghborhood. A bit of a walk to the DART train into Dublin-about 20 minutes or so-uphill walking back. We enjoyed the location and
the small quaint town of Dalkey it is located in which
has lovely shops and restaurants.

Everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Excellent staff, beautiful hotel, very spacious room, and an excellent restaurant. I would only recommend this hotel if you're going to have/rent a vehicle as it's a short drive into Dublin, but would be a much longer commute by bus or rail. I knocked room comfort rating as the beds were VERY firm, but everthing else was great (especially shower water pressure/temperature). This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was small yet very cozy and beautiful. It was close to quite a few restaurants and a shirt walk from Suffok St. I would happily stay there again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Unfortunately we had a flat tire on our rental car about 5 minutes into our drive to our hotel. After we walked to our hotel the front desk manager, Kris, helped us find a tire iron and get on our way. Our stay was wonderful too, very nice place.

Really liked the hotel. It was very convenient and close to the centre of Dublin, at the side of Trinity College. It was also only a couple of hundred yards from the airport bus stop. Good amenities in the Hotel, good value for money in the resturant and the bar was excellent. Excellent breakfast. Minor problem at check in but soon sorted out, would definitely go back again and would recommend it to anyone

I can't begin to tell you how central this hotel is for walking and ground transport.I particularly enjoyed the nightly entertainment.Also the hotel restaurant(Sinatra's) was way above average.The rooms were very clean and neat.Great value,willreturn.

From arrival to departure, the friendly staff was amazing. Cheers to Kenny, Gillian and Ireena! Although we didn't go for one reason or another on the 2 nights we stayed, the Irish dancing is on every night at 9, apparently it's a must see. While using my laptop in the lobby (full wifi coming soon), I did hear the hoots, hollers and foot stomping of the crowd and performers in the very large bar area, part of which also serves as a restaurant for breakfast.
If you're including Britain on your trip, remember that while Ireland uses the Euro, Northern Ireland is part of Britain and still uses the pound.

This hotel was perfect for what I wanted. A clean bed for the night at a great price. Breakfast was even included. Great location just off O Connell street.

We were on holiday. Mainly sight seeing by day and enterainment at night. Many things we wanted to see and do were within walking distance of the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was right across the street from the train station, which making our tours very easy and convenient. The only thing I would change would be the mattress on the bed. It wasn't very comfortable. The room was very nice and well kept. I would certainly stay here again.

This Hotel was Pleasant and business like. Comfortable and well appointed. The airport shuttle was good, however some walking distance from the terminal. The restaurant "Brasserie" is highly recommended whose service could not have been more speedy.

Great hotel just down the road from Aviva stadium. Massive bar area and lots of screens if you don't have a ticket. Clean lobby area and secure access to rooms. Only stayed the one night but just what was needed.

Location is fantastic. Just up the road from Rolys Bistro and the Aviva Stadium. And a short enough walk from the centre of Dublin. Great location.
The hotel it's self is cheap and cheerful. We got a great rate and were happy that we got what we paid for.
The staff were friendly.
The pillows were on the skinny side.
If I get the great rates again, I'll be back.
No real complaints at all and I'll recommend it to friends.

The hotel is situated in a marvelous location- facing the National Concert Hall- it is staffed by extremely hospitable and friendly people who simply can not do enough for you. The rooms are everything you would expect in a 5 star hotel and the food ofcourse is excellent. You are left feeling that you could never really stay anywhere else in Dublin.

This hotel was in a good location for exploring Dublin. The rooms were large and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was a bit pricey. The lobby was very comfortable and a great place to sit for free WiFi access. The hotel caters to mostly business travelers but we felt comfortable there as tourists. We got a good deal with a "Stay 3 Nights for the Price of 2" Made it more affordable.

Description
The Camden De Luxe Hotel is a stylish renovation of a listed building, the old Theater De Luxe from which it takes it's name. The buildings facade remains as it was in 1957 when the theatre lights dimmed for the last time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Westin Dublin! The hotel staff was very nice, attentive and helpful and timely filled all our requests. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The food was also very good. The location could not have been better--smack right next to Trinity College, Grafton Street and Temple Bar. All the best pubs, restaurants and shopping venues were very close to the hotel. Would stay there again!

A very nice hotel. Reception staff were a little cool towards us on arrival and departure. The rest of the hotel personnel in the bar and around the hotel were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way sometimes to help. Room was very comfortable and clean. We did have some food in the bar and one breakfast and all were very tasty. The food was also very well presented.

Stayed 1 night on business - great value, booked during a recent Hilton Sale.
Hotel is not that central, but is in an interesting part of Dublin - plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The nearby Ranelagh road had a very different feel to the Dublin I had seen before - more of a village. I would recommend visiting for this reason.
Very comfortable and clean room, excellent breakfast selection. The gym was basic.
Having to pay an extortionate price for wifi was a definite negative point.

O'Callaghan Stephens Green Hotel was a fantastic place to stay. The hotel is centrally located from all major sites. The biggest shopping area Graffton Street is 5 mintues walk from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, they even mailed my post cards for me. Very clean, no major problems, great price and value. Would absolutely stay there again, the location is there grabber for this hotel, close to everything.

They mixed up our reservation and we got sent to a sister hotel down the street (still O'Callaghan, but Davenport instead of Stephen's Green). They were very nice about the mix up and upgraded our room. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend the hotel.

This hotel provides a good location for seeing Dublin. We were pleased with our room, and found the hotel quiet and comfortable. We followed the hotel's directions and didn't leave valuables in our room. I would stay here again.

Trouble at check-in. Took them forever to find our reservation. Rooms were adequate. My mother and her friends room was on the top floor and was extremely stuffy and hot compared to ours, on the ground floor. Very noisy at night for us. Hotel's bar serves great drinks, but horrible food.
