Limp lukewarm bacon
Breakfast at €12.50 is a ripoff. The hot plates were cold. The coffee was stewed. The bacon Wes slightly steamed or so it tasted. Toast was deathly pale. Twice I tried the eggs Benedict there at €5 extra. Both times the eggs consisted of ONE egg. Each time I complained to no avail. Why not be honest and call it EGG Benedict....

Shopping trip at Liffey Valley
Spent two nights at hotel whilst on a birthday shopping trip with my daughter. Large swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and kids pool; however very busy at peak times as used also for public. There was no mention of car parking fees which are €4 per 24 hour stay which I feel should be mentioned during booking process. Very good comfortable room apart from room temperature which was far too hot, although there was a fan in the room.

Comfortable Stay
This hotel was comfortable enough, but nothing spectacular. The front desk staff was not very welcoming, although the Concierge, maids, retaurant and bar staff were quite friendly and open with smiles all around...too bad the front desk was consistently dour. The room was clean enough and the food was good enough, but again, nothing out of the ordinary with a small plus.

What you would expect
This was an ordinary hotel. Nothing to fancy. The breakfast was horrible. Everything water downed and just nasty. The restaurant across the street was awesome. (Greenleaf or Greeentree) Very nice people and great food.

Good Value
Room comfort is very high (an AC would be perfect...) and the facilities are really good and nice. The pool area is just a bit crowded with baby swimming etc, but it's fantastic to have the possibility to go swimming or relax in the jacuzzi. And - it would be nice to have wifi access in your room as well, not only in the reception area. Lan access is available. Though it's better to travel by car - the next bus stop is quite far away... All in all a very good deal!

Great Place to be Based
The hotel was in the best location on the outskirts of Dublin. We could tour the countryside without having to go through the busy town centre. The staff were extreemly helpful and courteous at all times. The food was well prepared and presented although maybe a little short on variety for a prolonged stay. Our room was very clean and good sized the subdued lighting was nice in the late evening however we would have liked the option of a brighter centre light as I often found the amount of light lacking when preparing for a night out. That aside we enjoyed our stay and would most certainly recomend the Hotel to friends and family

Entertainment tip:
Short drive from hotel
When travelling into city centre I would recomend the bus service the buses go every 10 mins and the last bus back is 11.30 pm. At 2.65 euro per person per trip it is much cheaper that the parking.
