Not great but ok
I have stayed in several hotels accross dublin city and I found this one the more expensive and lower quility. I have not before stay'd in a hotel that charged €5 for a hour of wi-fi use, you'd think for the price we pay'd it would be complimentary. As for the rest it was all fairly standard for hotels. I would say there are far nicer and cheaper places to stay in dublin city, how ever in saying that I really liked the location, within walking distance of all of dublin city.

Not worth it
Just don't book here. With so many options, in the same price range, I'd look elsewhere first, in fact I don't even think I'd use Jurys Inn Custom House as a last resort. We stayed at three different hotels on our trip this past April and this by far the worst one.

Nice people, nice place
Our visit to Dublin was wonderful thanks to our stay at Jurys Inn. The breakfast was fresh and hot, the coffee was plentiful and the breads were to die for. The staff were helpful and friendly, just what every traveller desires. Great place with soft, comfortable beds!

Loacated on the river. Walking distance to everything you want to see and DART/Luas rail lines. Extra charge for internet access. Airport Airlink bus stops and picks up in front of Hotel. It's all good.

Location
Location was our priority and it was certainly central. Great deal with parking adjacent to hotel at good price. Only negative was that our tea/coffee tray was not cleaned and restocked for the second day little inconvenient for us for such a basic task for Jurys. The breakfasts as before was excellant

Close, but not TOO close
I went with a friend to check out the city. We're 30 and single so loved a good night out on the town, but certainly not 21 anymore. It's a decently close walk, but luckily not so close that it was in the middle of the madness/noise of the nightlife. Hotel staff was extremely friendly. Accommodated our request for a room in the back of the building with separate beds for my friend and I. Room was clean and included hairdryer (very important). Parking is about 14 euro a day in garage. Breakfast is not included, but can be added for 9 euro a day.

Lovely hotel in good location. Better than others in the chain. Excellent breakfast despite odd queuing arrangements. Very pleasant experience all around.

Weekend Away
Hotel exactly as described in brochure. A little bit away from center but well worth the extra few minutes walk. Reception staff, friendly and knowledgable.Rooms comfortable and well maintained, breakfast good. A very comfortable base to stay in Dublin. Having beeen to Dublin a few timesbefore we spent 1 day on the tourist buses and boat. the nexy day we used the Dart to visit Bray to the South and Howth to the North on a family day ticket. Do not however pre book a taxi at the hotel, we paid 10 euros for a taxi from port to hotel and 16 euros to return from hotel to port despite it being a shorter journey due to road layout.. Taxis are always available outside. Would choose to stay here again.

Perfect location
The Hotel is in a perfect location for my needs which was attending a seminar at Trinity College Dublin. It was a mere 4 or 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. Staff were friendly, amenities more than sufficient, rooms very clean and fresh, parking was in an adjoining multi-storey carpark with direct access to the hotel and reception. Restaurant was fine for breakfast and an evening meal.
