Small, uncomfortable room, overpriced
The room was very small and bare. The staff was incredibly unhelpful. The location is centric, but very noisy. Grossly overpriced. I would never go back there.

Excellent Hotel
Great staff, friendly, helpful. If anything needed to be better, it would be the air flow on the fifth floor room we stayed, room was very warm even without the heat on and window opened.

best possible location
The aircoach from Dublin airport stops in front of the hotel, and the big green tour buses (if you're so inclined) start from right around the corner. Plenty of restaurants and shops can be found within a couple blocks, and the place is walking distance from the city center, Temple Bar etc. With all that activity you'd think that it'd be noisy, but our room was quiet, spacious and clean. Can't comment on the in-hotel eateries as we didn't bother.
