Nice older style hotel,easy walk

Nice older style hotel,easy walk to city centre.Room was good size and clean.Didnt eat there as city was so close but menu seemed ok but a little expensive compared to city restaurants,but is expected I guess.Only problem is the free internet access which is only available in the lobby.I and others could not access it and reception staff could not help but only a small problem

For short stay only

A basic hotel to stay at for a overnight-nothing special and no amenites in room. Rather expensive room rate to pay without any amenities in room.

Shops and dining are approximately one mile from hotel. Nothing special to write home about.

Overall, a very clean and comfortable

Overall, a very clean and comfortable hotel. Bar staff very slow to clear tables after food (30 mins) even though very few people in the bar at the time. Door closers on the fire doors in the corridor would have lessened the noise considerably of the bang each time it was passed through.
