4 stars? well, nice swimming pool
4 stars? well, nice swimming pool and location of the hotel (but, all in all, it's far, far away from Bologna). AC did not work, lights did not work, hair dryer did not work, showers are almost destroyed and there are constant problems with power supply. Electrician was announced to come in 2-3 minutes, but it had not happened during our whole stay. Hotel is quite clean, but walls (imho) are too thin so that you hear neverending conversations from the rooms surrounding you. Summing up - you get what you pay for.

Good for the night
We had a non-smoking room which was fine, and did not smell like smoke, but the entire hallway smelled like smoke. It was not portrayed accurately on the website.

My second visit to this hotel.
My second visit to this hotel. It's certainly not 4*. It's 2*-3*. Very 60's. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear every word spoken in the next room. There is a strip club under the hotel that comes to life about 10PM. Poster for it in reception. The pool is green not blue. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The staff are helpful. The lift has names engraved by people by in the metal. Saturday night there is normally a loud disco and can be heard on 4th floor. The only english channel, CNN, has a fuzzy picture...both visits I asked to be repaired but was not. The hotel is quite cheap...about 25 mins from Bologna Feira. U need Sat Nav! The post code on the Sat Nav does not take you to the hotel...but a bridge....keeping going another 2 -3 mins away from Bologna to find it...U can't miss it on the main road on left (heading out of town)

Disappointed
Positive: clean bedroom and bathroom. Negatives: AC didn't work, support for shower head was broken, swimming pool was not cleaned since last year, water was green from algae, very noisly from express trains running every 30 minutes very close to the hotel, pictures submitted don't reflect true hotel.

Très décevant. Mauvais accueil.
Très décevant. Mauvais accueil. Chambre et ascenseur très sale, toiles d'araignées, insectes. Piscine non entretenue et sale (verdure sur les revêtements de piscine). Tapisserie de la chambre déchirée, sèche cheveux cassé. Petit déjeuner très moyen (pas de beans). Nous avons du demander à changer de chambre tellement il y avait d'insectes à l'étage.
