A very nice property, for comforts and service. On the top floor there is a terrace and a solarium area , open only in summer time. 0508 SR Modern construction typical of the 80's with side entrance and car parking space. Situated at a short walk from Como city centre, about 10 minutes from the shopping area and the Lake and its promenade.
