TERRIBLE AWFUL DO NOT STAY HERE
[...] Our hotel appeared to be clean and very nice in pictures online and it was disgusting! The staff was NOT helpful whatsoever, the air conditioning did not work, we were covered in mosquito bites by the end of our stay because we had to leave the windows open at night, the furniture was old and beat up, and there were shoe marks and dead bugs plastered all over the walls and ceiling of our room because previous guests had killed the mosquitos with their shoes and the hotel did not make any effort to clean the markings off the walls. I hated this hotel so much and felt so dirty that I disliked my stay in Florence. Because we had pre-paid for the room before arriving, we couldn't afford to switch hotels. We purposely planned to stay the longest in Florence (3 nights instead of 2) because we were so excited to see the city, but as soon as we checked-in to this hotel we wished we could leave. [...]

Good Location at a good price
Breakfast for the first two days was a little more hearty, but after the tour from Germany left it became a little more Spartan, but there was still enough to fill you up. Floors in room were tile and needed to be cleaned/mopped as you could notice it on a a pair of white socks. 15 minute walk to the Dumo. Staff was very helpful. 10 mins to the Academia.

Very famiy friendly
The hotel was in walking distance of all the major tourist locations. The statue of David was on the same street!Clean, neat, and very comfortable.

Bel hôtel, très propre et accueil
Bel hôtel, très propre et accueil correct. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de chose au petit déjeuner cependant.
