- Rooms are basic but all spacious with medium size bathroom.They have been recently renewed in a typical Florentine style and are all equipped with mini bar, safe, satellite TV set and telephone.

The location was amazing - close
The location was amazing - close to the station and all the sights as well as a bustling market. Our room was quiet as it was away from the main street.

Best Experience in Florence yet!!
I've been to Florence many times, but this last trip was by far the best. The staff at Giada Hotel was wonderful! The Rome airport had lost our luggage and gave us tracking paperwork (in Italian) and a number to call to track it. The staff at Giada's made all the calls for us and even tried to comfort us when we were upset at the situation (it took us four days to get our bags!). We were supposed to leave Florence and Hotel Giada on the morning of the 24th, but the luggage situation made that a little difficult. The owner let us stay that night, even tho they were going to be closed! We had the whole place to ourselves and were only asked to make sure we left the key in the morning. I will most definately be going back to this place on my visit!

Short walk from hotel
There's a GREAT trattoria just a two minute walk from the hotel (left out of the front door, then the very first left and it'll be on the right). It's called da Garibardi. They have the best food, the best service, and a wonderful atmosphere!

Great Location
The staff is great. Very friendly. The Hotel is very clean and secure. The Location is wonderful. Perfect walking distance to all the old city attractions. It is near to the main train station. English is no problem. On my check out they had a taxi in less than 5 minutes. I would go back if I could today.
