- A large, cosy and bright room with double bed or 2 single beds, of modern and comfortable style. Equipped with wireless high speed internet (extra cost), tray with electric kettle and an assortment of hot beverages, safe, minibar satellite TV, direct line telephone.
- Deluxe Room
- The new deluxe rooms have custom-made furniture with amaranth red and coffee coloured leather over natural iron frames.The natural oak parquet flooring makes the rooms very cosy. The large bed has a head made of plaited natural leather.The new deluxe rooms have wireless high-speed internet (extra cost), satellite TV,a safe, a tray with an electric kettle and an assortment of teas, herbal teas and coffee and a generously stocked minibar.

Good hotel, but a bit out of the way
Hotel was very clean and very comfortable, but is a bit out of the way from the town center (1-2 miles) where all of the action takes place. It is nice and quiet, but not extremely close to dining/nightlife options. Very close to tram station is a plus when arriving via train. If the distance from town center doesn't bother you, I'd highly recommend the hotel. Free wi-fi in lobby is nice, but was painfully slow. Florence is an amazing city and this hotel did not disappoint me.

some good, some bad
The room was nice and very clean. We had a really small shower (not sure if all showers are like this or maybe ours was smaller because it was a corner room). The small shower would not have been a problem, except that the airflow in the bathroom made the shower curtain push against you. So taking a shower was annoying with the curtain stuck against your skin and nowhere to move to avoid it. Also, this hotel advertises free internet in the lobby. We were there for five days and the internet was not working. The hotel staff simply told us that we would have to pay the 10 euros a day for internet in the room because the access in the lobby was not working. We were not on business but only traveling for leisure and simply wanted to check our emails daily. We specifically looked for a hotel with free wifi in order to do this. We were forced to pay for the internet access in the room to check our email accounts. Maybe ten euros a day is an acceptable cost for you if you´re using a lot of internet for business communication. For us, this was unacceptable from a hotel that was supposed to provide free wifi access in the lobby.

Excellent hôtel. Très bon accueil.
Excellent hôtel. Très bon accueil. Chambre grande, confortable et calme. Très grande réception. 30 mn à pied du centre ou 15mn par bus (tous les 15 mn maximum). Parking 23 € par nuit. Restaurant moyen. Petit déjeuner copieux sans plus.
