Nice Hotel
We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Hotel looks nice. The rooms are modern and are a pretty good size, nice clean bathroom. Perfect location. Good breakfast. Wi-fi only free in executive rooms and above but we could use it free in the lounge areas with a code provided by the reception (for us it was inconvenient). Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Nice location, bad Internet
Good central location, nice staff. Internet was not included, and was incredibly frustrating-- wireless, but you had to pay for each devise used, so had to pay double to use my iPad and then access my laptop. It timed out often and was overall very maddening. Room was tiny and had metal shutters to block the view of the fire escape. Drinks at the bar were outrageously priced.

all aspects of hotel were very good.only problem web use card.when you bought 30 minutes on card you only got about 20 minutes of use but hotel itself,ie room ,service ,facilities,location were a1.

4 Sterne Hotel
Der ganze Hotelaufenthalt war enttäuschend. In meinen Augen kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Der Eingang ist 4 Sterne würdig und lädt zu hohen Erwartungen für die Zimmer ein. Jedoch wurde ich bitter enttäuscht. Haar in der Badewanne, tropfende Zimmerdecke, Abdeckung bei Badewanne fehlte, kein Tageslicht, etc.

Super Lage - Super Hotel
Ich bin begeistert! Super Hotel an einer super Lage. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet war exzellent.

Hotel extrêmement bien placé.
Hotel extrêmement bien placé. Endroit calme, à 2 minutes du Duomo et de tous les magasins. Excellent petit déjeuner = buffet. Les chambres pas grandes mais de tout confort. Très propre. Le personnel très aimable et serviable. Qualité/prix 5/5

Отель в самом центре. У нас был номер с видом на Дуомский собор. Это было потрясающе. Убирают 2 раза в день, очень хорошо. Есть тапочки, халаты, кофе, чай.. чайник в номере.Инфраструктура неплохая,- в отеле ресторан, бар, вечером живая музыка, очень отзывчивый рецепшн. Завтраки неплохие, но без зелени, фруктов и овощей, зато с шомпанским. Мы довольны. Но цены высокие.
