L'emplacement de cet hôtel à deux pas du port pour les îles ainsi que du centre historique permet de profiter au maximum d'un séjour même court. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de restaurant.

Très bel hôtel ,accueil chaleureux par le directeur qui est français dans un cadre historique magnifique.proche de la gare qui n est pas le plus beau quartier de Naples,mais pratique pour circuler en train et aller par exemple à pompéi .un service petit déjeuner et repas un peu désorganisé en terme de personnel .manque d informations à l arrivée,nous avons découvert une navette de l hôtel pour le centre ville,par hasard le deuxième jour de notre arrivée.

C'est un hôtel très bien situé, mais il est censé d'être une 3 étoiles et il est loin de l'être!!! on a dû changer 2 fois de chambre tellement elles étaient sales (tapisseries très vieilles, rideaux et murs sales, ainsi que la salle de bain et les tapis!!)
Le "petit déjeuner" laisse beaucoup à désirer. Un de personnel de l'accueil particulièrement agréable ainsi qu'un des serveurs, un autre serveur fait vraiment sale, vêtements et cuisine à ne pas regarder de près.

Quite near the main train station. Modern American style hotel - we needed a break from a crazy hotel in Rome the past 2 nites. Nice breakfast setup, and free internet in the lobby. Very convenient to all of the city's sites, including nearby Pompeii train.

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité des départs de visites (bateau, bus, train, ...)
Chambres agréables, malgré une literie méritant d'être renouvelée.
Petit problème d'insonorisation (bruits de canalisations, bruits dans la chambre voisine ou dans le couloir trop bien perçus).
Sinon, tout était parfait.

Bon séjour dans l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner correct et copieux (même s'il n'y avait pas de jus de fruits...).
Chambre correcte également mais il manquait des meubles de rangement (pas de tiroirs dans les tables de chevet, ni dans le bureau, manque de tablettes dans la salle de bain pour ranger ses affaires donc obligation d'entasser où on peut...).
Hôtel très bien situé, à cinq minutes des artères principales de la ville. Personnel poli mais sans plus.

Très bon hôtel : il est situé à 200 m du métro et du funiculaire, pas loin de la mer, dans un quartier charmant et pittoresque. De notre chambre on avait la vue sur la mer. Le petit déj est correct. Le resto pour le soir est excellent. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'une terrasse parfaite pour un apéro. Le personnel est très gentil et toujours disponible pour un conseil. Petit moins : il faut libérer la chambre à 10h...

The hotel was lovely, with a very nice breakfast, but in a questionable neighborhood. Then again, I think all of Naples is questionable. The entry to the hotel was very, very run down, but once we got to the second floor an entire new world emerged. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff very helpful

When the taxi drove us to the hotel I was really worried. Naples is the dirtiest city I have ever seen with trash on the streets and the buildings covered with graffiti.
The Hotel was on the second story of a very old building down a narrow street, scary. But when we got up to the stairs to the Hotel it was great, newly redone and very nice. The Hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English. The breakfast was good, and the WiFi was free and worked.
I don't have any desire to go back to Naples, but I recommend the Hotel as a good place to stay.

This hotel is close to the train station with courteous staff and great value. The rooms are spartan, but very clean and there's not so much a balcony as large windows that open to let street life spill into the room. The area is a bit saucy, but locals can direct you to great local restaurants and great pastries in the area.

Hotel was obviously recently updated. Good A/C, nice room that was clean. Helpful staff that spoke pretty good English. Only one block from main Train Station which was handy.

Opened in April 2007 and recently expanded and renovated, the hotel is located in a XVI century building, in the heart of Naples' historical cent-re. It's a few minutes' walk from the main subway lines it is very close to the main tourist attractions, museums, archeological sites, shopping areas, restaurants and cafes. The hotel combines design and graphical elements with the architecture of the noble palace of the sixteenth century. Hotel Piazza Bellini has 50 rooms. Large courtyard entrance, with columns and busts of the 700 fountain, overlooks the vaulted rooms of reception and breakfast room. The hotel has a fascinating and unusual view of the city.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. It is in the Center of town. If you go outside the courtyard(which is great) then you will find tons of shopping and eating places as well as short walks to Museums,Castles and bus stops. There is a Piazza across the street with cafes and resteraunts that have some delicious food. There is also a great resteraunt right outside the door of the hote. Breakfast was good. Mostly in Italy they just eat pasties but they also had boiled eggs and cereals. American coffee too and tea. The staff was great at helping you find your way around and they were very friendly. The Hotel was clean and the internet access was great. I would defintely reccomend this hotel for a great stay in Naples

Perfect place to stay- Remarkably cleaned & kept with helpful staff, location is ideal to Central Station. We definately plan to come back!

Nice location & comfort

The hotel is located just steps away from the train station - so getting around the city was very easy. We had requested for early check in - and the room was ready when we walked in. The room was pretty spacious - and had a balcony which overlooked the main street and yet was quiet. The reason amenities has a 3 start is because the internet was not free even in the lobby - even though the description says. Also the staff was not very helpful in guiding the guests. But overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is very good, very closed to Naples Central station.
Staff is not good. We wanted to go Grotta Azurre by tram and ferry, Hotel staff said tram1 didn't work, so we choose bus. But we could find this line in working area from the hotel, near bus terminal.

Good location. Perfect when you go to or come back from Aerport. Spaccanapoli street and Pizzeria Da Michele are very close.

Basic OK hotel. Very convenient to train station which is the best way to get around the Naples area. Breakfast was too skimpy, with very limited selection of items. Maybe they should charge a fee so the breakfast can be upgraded. Service was generally good.

We had booked two nights at this hotel and as soon as we arrived and checked in, we canceled the second night. The size of the room and location in the hotel were depressing. For a few more dollars, upgrade to a larger room and perhaps you will have a view. Our view was a cement wall and parked cars. The traffic was horrible and the hotel is on a one way street and difficult to find initially. But I suppose that is Naples. I recommend not going to Naples unless you must for business.

A part la vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Naples et le Vésuve (à condition d'être logé au dernier étage, cet hôtel est très cher pour les prestations offertes. Par contre, le personnel esst très accueillant et serviable, et le petit déjeuner très copieux. Menu du restaurant peu alléchant. Pas de parking gratuit appartenant à l'hôtel, qui a passé un accord avec le parking public voisin (18 Euros par jour !). Pas de transport public voisin. Je ne conseillerais pas cet hôtel au tourisme.

Staff was not helpful in telling us about how to get around, i.e. buses, subway, trains. It wasn't until the last day that we accidentally discouvered a train/subway approximately 300 yards from the hotel. We could have saved money rather than paying for expensive tours.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!

The hotel was wonderful! Definitely owns up to the price. As a young couple (21 + 22) we were treated with respect and not like kids! The staff was extremely friendly, explained everything, and answered any questions we had. All the staff spoke a good amount of English so it was easy to understand! Also gave us an amazing room with a direct view of the port and castle! The only issue we had was that we got charged twice for the room but it was quickly resolved and they were very apologetic.

the hotel is composed of 2 buildings, i was in the second, while pool is on the 1st.
elevator are old an damaged, common areas are not very clean.
TV can only see satellite channels no free terrestrial channels !!!
Everything inside needs to be refurbished
Room has a very smalla batroom, you must swing yourself to go inside, only one person can stay inside.

The hotel was nice. The location was good, right on the water. The rooftop pool was beautiful. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom. The staff was not very accomodating or helpful.
