If near the main train station
If near the main train station is where you want to be than this location is excellent, literally about a 3 minute walk away. Downside is that it backs onto train lines - but windows are double glazed so noise is reduced. We did have a loud high pitched sound in room from the fan system for the 1st hour or but it did disappear.Staff were helpful as well and price is good for what you get.

The location is great if you want
The location is great if you want to be near the main train station in Naples. The area which the hotel is located is very dirty.

WiFi is NOT free
The location, while convenient (close to the train station), felt a little unsafe. But the desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

In the heart of the city just 200 meters from train station. A silent place where you can feel safe and secure. Easy to find.

nice hotel, scary location
The staff was amazing. Friendly, very helpful, and multi-lingual. The rooms were fine, but the location is scary. It is convenient being so close to the train station, but the neighborhood is frightening, especially at night. Also, beware of the 'internet available' designation. It is a pay service through Vodafone, costs 15 Euro a day, and doesn't really work anyhow. The hotel was great for just an overnight stay waiting for a flight, but for a longer trip I would look elswhere.

Soundproof?
It was great that the hotel was right beside the rail station, that's why we picked it we had heard that Naples was kind of scary and we really just wanted to go to Pompeii, but we heard and felt the trains go under our hotel during the night. The staff was pretty friendly and when their shuttle had issues they even paid for a taxi to take us to the city center which was great. But we only had one bath towel in our bathroom and when we asked for another they asked why we needed one (we had mopped up a spill with it) and then came into our room to remove the dirty towel. It was like they were afraid we were stealing towels. I would think it was normal for 2 people to get 2 towels (everywhere else in Europe we did) and it was just hasseling the amount of explaining etc that we had to go through just to get an extra towel!

The "good" & NOT so "Good"
The staff did not go above and beyond their call od duty, the room was not very clean, their was no fresh towel for my second night stay even after i let the unclean towel on the floor, it was hang up on the rack again. The location is very good for what i need to do in Naples but nothing else.

Very friendly sfaff, good location next to the Central railway station. Good service with downtown shuttle. If you are not a picky, loving luxury traveller, then this place can be for you.
